Stopped in this morning and experienced terrible customer service. Probably the worst I’ve been treated at a place of business. I was given the wrong order and then blamed for it. The cashier never looked at me or looked out the window and mumbled something under her breath that I did not hear before she ran my card. When I told her that the order wasn’t correct she scoffed and very smartly said “I just asked you if you ordered 6 glazed and you didn’t respond” I said “I’m sorry, I did not hear what you said” and she rolled her eyes and said “yeah sure!” She called over another employee and began speaking Spanish and pointing at me. She was upset that she had already charged my card and put the blame on me. I was charged for the correct order but they refused to fill my order and wanted to refund me instead. They asked me to write my number down so a manager could call later. This caused me to leave with no donuts meaning no breakfast for me or my 3 kids. As of 1:30 I had not received a call from anyone so I called the store myself. The manager apologized and refunded my card. I literally had to call and reach out to get that. This is a place that we visit very, very often. I often times purchase donuts for my entire class here but after being treated so poorly I will take my business up the street. It is so evident and so sad that customers mean nothing to...
Read moreI remember when this place first opened, they were awesome. Not sure what happened but they've slowly gone down hill over the years. For example their cinnamon rolls used to be so big that one would fill you up but now they are much smaller and more expensive. On my last visit it was around 10 ish in the morning There were 3 customers standing in front of the display about to leave with their orders and the lady working was hollering at me asking me can she help me over and over til I replied when I can see what you have I'll let you know and when I finally got to see the display there was not much of anything left to choose from and when I mentioned it she said (not very nicely) they're trying to sell out and go home. The sign on the window says open till 1pm so that's what erked me about her comment. Why say you're open till 1pm when you're not going to make enough to make it anywhere near 1pm? If the sign said 11pm it would be understandable not having hardly anything left. Since they seem to be getting more and more expensive and not interested in keeping up with the needs of their customers I'm going to take my...
Read moreUPDATE: here we are a year later and nothing has changed. We’re done. If I mess up and call something the wrong name that doesn’t mean you sigh VERY loud out of annoyance and snatch the bag off the counter to put another item in? I asked for 4 items, she only put 3 in the bag but I did NOT want to inconvenience her further, good lord. We’re not coming here anymore.
Ever since we moved to Georgetown this has been our GO TO place for donuts. We would even swing by extra early before school.
The last few times we’ve come has just been really upsetting. There’s an older lady who works there who just treats me with utter disrespect. My kids (12 and 6) have even noted that she snaps at me, rolls here eyes, or just acts “done”. No one should be treated this way especially when you’re just trying to order donuts for your kids?
Maybe it’s because I told her I needed a chocolate and she said “a chocolate what” and I paused and said “…donut..?”
Sorry Franks. It’s gonna be a little while before we’re back. Please fix the ugly service and we will be back again...
