I'm only giving it a one star because it won't let me do zero stars. This will be a long story, but maybe worth the read if you're bored. If not, just don't go there. Get Dominos or Papa John's instead. If you must have Pizza Hut, drive to Lexington, Paris, or Frankfort. Trust me, it'll be worth it.
I ordered online using the app. I add an extra topping to my pizza as green olives don't come on any of the specialty pizzas. It charges me $1.50 to add a topping. I order the same pizza recipe at every pizza place. The first time I ordered it here, they substituted it instead of adding, meaning they left off the black olives. They said they thought I was choosing between the two. It was an online order. If I didn't want the other olives, I'd have unselected it and the ticket would have said "no black olives". I also wouldn't have been charged extra for a substitution. I waited 30 minutes for them to remake it.
Second time I ordered the same thing. I get there and this time they didn't even bother to put the green olives on it. When I complained, they made me a new pizza. But this one had no mushrooms as they had ran out since they made my last pizza. Again, I paid extra for a topping that I wouldn't have if it had been substituted for mushrooms. I kept both pizzas and just picked the green olives off the second and put them on the first.
Third time, you guessed it, they left off the green olives AGAIN. They offered to remake it, but it would be about an hour. I said I didn't want to wait, just refund me the $1.50 for the green olives. Instead, she gives me a $10 credit for my next purchase.
Last night, we went to eat in the dinning room with plans to use our credit. I order the same pizza again, even tell the server about the credit due to leaving off my green olives. She assures me they'll be on there. Guess what? Yep, they didn't put them on. She noticed before bringing it out and put the raw olives on the already cooked pizza before bringing it to the table. We also ordered cheese sticks which didn't even get made until AFTER we had our pizza. If I ever get a craving for Pizza Hut again, I'll drive to Lexington. This location is the...
Read moreThis is the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. The lobby was closed because they are understaffed, which is understandable. They have a drive through and we had ordered ahead. We waited for about 20 minutes but didn’t mind much seeing as they were busy. Once we had gotten to the window I paid $120 and change for 7 pizzas, two pastas and two double orders of breadsticks. I asked to buy some extra cups of marinara (a fan favorite) and they said they couldn’t sell it. I was kind of disappointed but was going to let it go and move on. I have a big family so I need a lot of food and when having to order practically a buffet every time we get food it’s almost like second nature to check and make sure everything is correct. After checking, we noticed we didn’t have one of our double orders of breadsticks and only had one cup of marinara with the double order we had. Which, for us, is a huge problem. So we head back to the drive through and wait again to get the correct order. Someone went to talk to a person while we waited because we were worried about waiting another 20 minutes. So he goes up and speaks to someone they tell him “We are short staffed and the lobby is closed. So you will have to wait in line like everyone else.” This obviously upset us considering our food would be freezing after the drive home with the twenty minutes wait. So, I sent him back to ask for a manager and explain what was going on. After speaking to the manager he told us “I can comp the breadsticks, but nothing else. You would have to wait for forty minutes to get them.” And we had pizza sitting in the truck getting cold. We decided we were not going to wait forty minutes for some breadsticks. I sent the member of my party to go and ask for a corporate number and ask for a refund on the breadsticks. The manager told him “If you are just going to complain, you need to get out of the line and leave.” It’s not unreasonable to expect our order to be correct and if it’s not to get it fixed within a timely manner. This Pizza Hut will never see my business again and I highly recommend not dinning here. They are rude and...
Read moreOnline order that said food would be here in about an hour. It won't tell you the estimated time until after you have processed your order. Had I of known it was going to take an hour for our food, I would have went somewhere else. This was on a Sunday night after 8pm so they wouldn't have been crazy busy. I called the store 4 times to finally reach someone at corporate who said that she found out order and see that it was now 20 minutes later than estimated. Said that they were short delivery drivers... The driver amazingly just got back to the store and our order was next to go out the door. Corporate estimates another 15-20 minutes. So now my worry is will my food be cold by the time it gets here? She said for my trouble she would give me a cold for a "few" dollars off... they need a new system at that store. What they have going now isn't working. Too many disappointed customers
Update... after waiting 2 hours for our pizza, I called about 4 times and finally spoke to someone to the Georgetown store and not corporate. He then informs me that our food was in the oven...even though corporate said it was on it's way. I told him I just wanted a refund and was sending my husband out to get food from somewhere else. He was nice and helpful; however, waiting that long for pizza...
