Horrible.....no other word than, horrible. We ordered a bedroom suit that apparently had to be carved by hand because it took well over three weeks to get to us, but then upon set-up it was discovered that no one ordered the footboard to the bed. Either that, or it was just forgotten and that's what we were told. Anyways, supposedly the footboard was ordered and again it must be getting hand carved in Morocco, because it has been another three weeks, and still no word on where our piece of furniture is located. The best they can do is say that they are calling to find out the timeline of when the footboard will be delivered. If I could choose zero stars I would but I can't, so they get 1-Star. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. Don't waste your time. Go to Furniture Liquidators or some...

Can you have a - star?? We bought a kitchen table and chairs before Thanksgiving. We got home and the table leaf didn’t work, actually chipped the top of the table. We called FW and they said they’d order us a new table, it should be in in “2wks”. 2 wks came and went, no phone call...we finally called and it would be another “2wks”...again no call. We called again, “should be her in 2 days”...2days came and went..no call. Two holidays have come and gone without a dinner table. Their customer service is awful, the quality is questionable and then we were told “all sales are final” when we demanded our money back. They did offer the floor model and $60 as an exchange 😂😂😡 What a joke! They for sure won’t get a referral from us nor will we waste another penny on...

i was lied to and told 4-6 weeks for my sectional to come in but usually it takes 2 weeks. not true. we find out this place is just a middleman so we could’ve went straight to Ashley home furniture and got it sooner. waited until the 7th week and got a call at 4pm to come pick it up. we got there within a reasonable time and we’re told the warehouse is closed and everyone left for the day so they can’t get it. apparently you have a very limited window to pick up that’s 10-5pm. walked in and everyone was sitting around not doing anything to help. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. You are better off buying at Ashley, Big Lots, or literally anything has better...
