Petersen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Inc. — Local services in Gibson City

My wife got a flat tire at the Gibson City DMV. The DMV calls the dealership they send somebody over and got enough air in the tire to get it across the street. They proceeded to patch her tire and refuse to take her money. I am so thankful for their generosity as she had 2 kids with her and I was not able to leave work to take care of the issue myself.

I have never meet these folks, we don’t live in Gibson City, and we had a Honda van.I think that this act of taking care of a total stranger says how they will treat long term customer.

I needed a warranty repair on my brakes. I had called a place closer to me who told me they couldn’t get me in for 10 days to diagnose my car - repair would happen after that. Even after I mentioned feeling unsafe in my vehicle.

I called this place the same day and they had my car diagnosed and repaired in 48 hours! The person I spoke to was understanding of my concerns and gave me an accurate estimate of when they would have my car back to me. Truly appreciate their prompt and kind service. My car is running great...

I broke the left rearview mirror by placing n it against the window from outside the vehicle. My Insurance wouldn't cover it as I was the interim driver, but not the primary driver. The vehicle was covered by the primaries insurance. Fortunately, the service writer found a part (painted) for the next available install. It was out of town.
