Read moreI don’t know when it became acceptable to have your guest waiting outside in their car’s (if there is overflow I get that but there wasn’t), no sign’s up explaining why guest must be in their car’s unless called in either. Especially when you got over 10 empty chair’s, in your nice air conditioned building. Having people wait in their car’s when you know you’ll be more than hour in between guest is ridiculous. Are you paying to keep my car running so I can keep MY AC on and not get heat stroke? Are you paying for the half of tank of gas I just wasted sitting here cause it’s to hot to roll windows down and just rely on the air from outside for OVER A HOUR, when you definitely had room to seat people. Read moreThe ladies of this facility, the tone in your voice is very stern as soon as you walk in the door. On April 18 you were immediately told as you walked in the front door to sit in your car. There was plenty of seating and no one sitting in the 12 or so chairs that were available. When it was my turn to buy a new sticker for my vehicle the stern angry tone was still there.
