Unfortunately I am having to update my review and the update is not positive. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday morning as soon as they opened and they took me right away which was great. Pedicure again was less than stellar but at least the man was better than my last pedicure here. Today the issue was my nails. The same guy that did my toes last time in which I had a bad experience from the review above, did my nails today. I asked for my shape to be changed from square to almond and I should have known based on my previous experience he was not going to be able to you execute that request at a high-level. He seemed very confused and needed to ask for direction from I think the owner. My fill was extremely painful and horrific the entire time. It didn’t matter how many times I said OUCH he continued to do what he was doing. He even asked me if I liked my nails midway through and I said they actually are not what I was expecting and he said OK & continued to power through. He literally spent an hour and a half doing my nails lady across for me came in and got an entire full set and was done before I was. He clearly needed more training or supervision before they allowed him to have free range on customers nails. One of the biggest issues was that I got a fill and he literally barely put any filling gel on my nails. He only filled the very bottom of my nail next to my cuticle and nothing else, so my nails are paper thin. I have acrylics over my real nails as an overlay so obviously a proper fill is required. I paid for a fill and did not get that. I left with mismatch shaped nails and dents throughout all my nails. They look messy and most certainly don’t look like a $50 job. Upon completion I was frustrated and extremely tired from being there at this point 2 1/2 hours, therefore I decided to not make a scene and call when I left to speak to a manager. I am extremely disappointed that I called yesterday at 12 noon and asked for a manager to express my dissatisfaction and I have not heard back. I was promised a call back yesterday and that someone would be able to fix my nails, however they have made it extremely clear that customers are simply just a number as Customer service was certainly not they are top priority. I was hoping to have found a new nail salon. Not so much! Tips for the owner = value your customers by actually responding to valuable concerns and train your staff until they are FULLY capable of doing nails. You will lose customers if you continue to allow him to do the work he’s doing now. When I walked out the salon the lady Who was getting her nails done next to me was leaving a store next-door and she said “oh my gosh you poor thing you’re nail experience looked painful today. He did not do a good job” A complete stranger knew that what was happening was odd, however staff working there seemed completely unaware. How...

I recently visited Beaute Nail Salon for a pedicure and dip manicure. Unfortunately, I must express my profound disappointment with the service I received. I believe it is essential to share my experience to prevent others from enduring the same frustrations.
To begin with, the pedicure experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the polish that was applied looked clumpy and uneven- even after pointing this out and asking to fix it, they told me "it was fine." Within just two days, the polish on my toes began to chip, revealing a subpar application that resembled the work of an inexperienced individual. To add to the dismay, during the pedicure, I was accidentally stabbed with the nail clippers on both of my big toes, causing unnecessary discomfort and bleeding.
The dip manicure (which is expected to last up to six weeks) proved to be a COMPLETE failure. Shockingly, one entire nail came off within FOUR DAYS, rendering the manicure ineffective and falling drastically short of the expected longevity. In contrast, my previous dip manicure from another salon lasted an impressive nine weeks.
Seeking resolution, I contacted Beaute Nail Salon to address the issue of my detached nail. Although they agreed to fix it, I was appalled to discover that I was charged a whopping $10 for their attempt to rectify their mistake. Unfortunately, the "fix" was short-lived, as the SAME nail detached again within five days of the so-called "repair".
To exacerbate matters, another nail fell off the very next day, prompting me to reach out to Beaute Nail Salon once more. Despite the obvious recurring issues with their workmanship, they adamantly insisted on charging me for yet another attempt to rectify their mistakes.
Frustrated and disheartened, I sought assistance from an alternative salon. Astonishingly, after three weeks, the only nail that remains intact is the one I had repaired at the alternative salon (positive shout-out to SanTan Nails & Spa).
My experience at Beaute Nail Salon has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by poor craftsmanship, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service. I strongly caution others to think twice before entrusting their nails to this...
Read moreEDIT IN RESPONSE: I get a fill every 3 weeks. At week 2, I lost one nail, and decided to wait until my fill to get it fixed since it was less than a week away. But between weeks 2 & 3 I lost two more nails and another was half peeling off which is what triggered my call to you assuming you would make it right. I understand the damages didn’t happen within the first week, but this wasn’t a situation where I had a crack or something minor. In such cases, I wouldn’t expect any compensation. It happens. Instead, multiple nails had come off for the second appt in a row and you all admitted that it was faulty product. I’ve had my nails done other places, always going 3 weeks between appointments, and have never had an issue with nails popping off. A small discount would have sufficed, but instead there was no accountability and you lost a customer completely. Unfortunate.
I was initially really impressed with beaute. Clean and the people are nice. I’ve been there 4 times for acrylics, and after the last two, multiple nails had popped off and cracked. I called them to let them know, spoke to Katie, and she told me to come in so they could take a look to see what happened. I politely asked for some kind of compensation because having missing acrylics after my last 2 visits was pretty unacceptable— again, she said to come in so they could see what the issue was.
I came in, Katie did my nails (same person I spoke to on the phone), and during she told me that when the powder is old they will start to pop off and crack. Ok cool, she saw everything first hand and admitted there was a problem, so they will definitely give me some kind of compensation at check out.
Nope. Charged me full price. Really disappointing customer service, I won’t...
