Chandler Heights Village — Local services in Gilbert

I walked around for roughly ten minutes looking for an air filter. As I walked through the store i passed about six employees. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. Once I found the air filter I needed help retrieving the size i needed from a higher level. I walked around to find an employee to ask for help. When I finally found someone I decided not to ask for help because there were two employees gossiping about other employees who were not there. And the other employees just did not seem approachable. It was as if the store was at capacity with customers and they were overwhelmed with the crowd. The truth is, the store was so empty that the customer to employee ratio at the time must have been about 1 to 3. Finally, i just grabbed a ladder, retrieved my air filter, and got out of there. Nothing too exciting here. I came here to try a pilates class and since it was early in the morning, I can't comment on if the plaza would get busy/crowded during the day. :) They have a McDonald's here which was nice so you could grab a quick bit and on the way out, you pass by a Chevron gas station- convenient way to get your gas filled. I don't recall seeing any grocery stores here...

I would rate it five stars but I find it difficult to raid any shopping center with five stars. That being said this is a very good shopping center and you should definitely go there with your friends and family. It is quite convenient to have all of these shops so...
