Service was terrible The employees definitely acted like they did not even want to be there and they didn't have to do anything basically You do their job now by making your order on a screen and all they have got to do is get it for you Nobody even says hello when you walk in.. the food was worse Had a crunch wrap supreme and a Mexican pizza And both of them as far as meat goes had maybe a tablespoon of meat on each one Won't be back total rip-off The crunchwrap supreme barely had any meat barely had any lettuce The fillings were almost non-existent the Mexican pizza was pathetic it had a little sprinkling of tomatoes on top there was cheese and pretty much no beef It was the worst food I've had from Taco Bell ever I will never ever Be back Especially to the Chandler heights And Higley Location or any other for that fact I've been to a couple in the last few months and they're all like that employees are rude act like they don't want to be there the food is shameful If I could give it negative stars I would And yes I gave it 3 separate visits to see if it was just an isolated incident I hadn't been there in a while but it's all 3 visits were horrible If you've been there in the last year and got good service and good food that's great but I haven't I gave it a chance its horrible horrible horrible Spent 15 bucks for what look like a Crunch wrap supreme With basically nothing in it maybe a quarter of what should have been in there pathetic pathetic pathetic If I'm gonna do half the work by making my own order on a computer screen Spend that much money than the food better well be good it was Terrible I don't know how they stay in business the way that they're going right now Nobody was even there when I walked in I made my order I didn't see anybody till they brought the food out they yelled my name drop the bag on the counter and walk away Awesome...
Read moreOn the way home from the lake my husband and I picked up taco bell. The staff was laughing in the background, one kid looked high or on drugs. Order took forever. We get home to find the whole order incorrect. Tacos were not Supreme. The nachos which was custome order and paid extra money for had non of the modifiers I had requested. Since this was our local taco bell I called over to see if a manager was on staff. Rosario apologized, offered to remake everything, but we were too tired to drive back out. She told me she was writing it all down and to just come in during the week and they would make it right. Showed up today to the general manager staring out the door. No welcome in. Nothing! Went to go wash my hands and use restroom and these bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months. I exain to him the situation and he said he couldn't help me. I told him it should be written down, he said they don't have a book. I asked for his name and he refused at first. I told him he needs to learn how to manage and ru a store. I will be calling corporate office. $33 of food that was never correct. Avoid...
Read moreI condone the price hikes that Taco Bell is implementing in their menu.
I have no issues with the staff, it's all just young people working to the best of their ability. As long as the food is fresh and hot and prepped the way it should be without cross contamination then that's all anyone needs.
There is no warrant for Taco Bell to increase their value menu items by half dollars. What used to be six items for $6 is now six items for $9, that is a whole $3 for items that Taco Bell was already making a decent profit off of and now because of greed is asking customers to pay 150% more despite them still making profit on the item when it was a dollar.
I'm simply no longer a customer and can't believe what used to be my college go to place or my "after I pay all the bills still afford some food" place is now dead.
Burritos of the second to lowest quality cost $7 and Taco Bell believes it is worth the price when they had the ground beef scandle and proudly yell that they "USE REAL CHEESE" like that's a accomplishment. Shame on Pepsi and shame on the people who decided to...
