The budtender I had was just terrible... Not interested in me or my questions at all.... I was a first time patient. This guy totally turned me off from even considering shopping here again.

At every single other dispensary I've visited that had a BOGO FTP deal, as well as a BOGO on carts, they've just added on an additional cart, I am talking 100% of them until today, they would use it as my FTP deal. No harm no foul. When I asked this incredibly terrible budtender if emerald would honor the same deal. He immediately shut the idea down, didn't offer to ask, just nothing. Never smiled, when I would ask a question he would do one of the "mssshiiinnnn bobblly qorgon, no we don't" (mumbling something under his breath) so sadly because of this I will not be shopping here again, even to get to ftp deal, absolutely the worst budtender I've had in the 5 years being a cardholder. I asked him if they had any stickers or merch for patients, I again got the mumbling nonsense followed with a "they don't come til 2pm-3pm" who is they? Like isn't the place I was shopping at, where u would get the merch that promoted the dispensary?

I purchased the BOGO on VAPEN carts, got my 8 carts and boogied out of there as soon as I could... VAPEN products are always quality, so the dispensary has nothing to do with the quality. Now, I won't go here ever again, and will he getting a horrible review on my az medical marijuana dispensary review page. I was truly taken back, from the beginning when he yelled my name out, I had my back turned, when I turned around to see who called me, the dude wasn't even looking up, so I stood there looking around blindly for a good 30 sec. Until I had to ask out loud who called me.

Not to brag or anything, but NORML, and High Times reached out to me, to visit and review dispensaries in Phoenix and metro Phoenix. Grade the flower quality, and pricing. Budtender knowledge and customer service, concentrate quality, etc. So I get free cannabis products, and get to talk directly to 2 organizations I've wanted to be part of since age 14!! Be careful here. This place called me to come back, to make a payment they already took from Dutchie Pay. Claimed that the payment was void, and acted as if I was trying to get away with product without paying. Thing is, both attendants seen and heard the payment success and saw the confirmation on my phone. The rude, condescending manager, OFFICER GAMES, seems to have created the whole situation, or they ran my card without authorization the following Monday. All in all, I agreed that I would call the bank that next morning, which I did, and come pay if they had no record. In which they did not, and I went in and made another payment. The on-duty manager seemed confused and that the payment never showed void, but took the new payment anyway. Well, money was there, they double charged me, and the OFFICER/MANAGER appears to have been attempting to set me up.

It was about 30 min or so, after I arrived home that I received his call. Was he trying to set me up? Was he trying to steal money off the records? I don't know, but what I do know is if he is an actual cop, he needs ethnic training as he treated me as a perp on the phone. And when he realized his error, after belittling me and lying on me to me, he "OH WELL'D" IT! After, my third trip in and explaining my discontent, the manager on duty did give a sincere verbal apology, but no recourse. They won't be getting anymore of my money, and thanks for the $6 discount when I came in and overpaid, based on OFFICER GAME'S LIES. He also said my receipt would say voided, another lie! Two thumbs and two big toes down.

Also of note, one of the female bud tenders decided I didn't deserve my free items and it was beneath her to check if they were in stock. Seemed annoyed I mentioned the special that's on the counter, plastered on all the monitors, or the other tenders are telling their clients about! I sure hope Jars stocks their Mesa location, as I will gladly drive the extra 20min!

Stay tuned as I confirm with the bank if the payment was made the following morning after I called, or if this OFFICER GAMES is up to sneaky tricks. One thing for sure,...

I have been coming here for a year now, got to know staff, always smiling and kind to me. The prices when I walk in are always exactly what you saw online. No issues really ever. I come in maybe 2-3 times a week.

2024 comes around and the past 2 times I have come in, the lines are long outside the building. Which the lobby they keep empty when it's freezing cold outside.

First experience I came in for a $72 order and im being asked for $81 instead at the counter. I showed them my email recepit with the correct price with the excuse "the prices may be different from what you see online than when you get here"....that makes no sense. For a place expecting cash you cannot overcharge cause you feel like it. Cause you do....I've never been overcharged in the past year of visiting.

Today I come in for 2 8ths for a $32 order, being asked for $44 at the counter and I am being told my deal was a happy hour deal. That's a lie cause your website did not say on the special ends by 11 am. Both times managers came and "fixed" the issue, never apologized to me. I showed my correct email and deal and just brushed me off. I ended up getting something different and being charged more than expected. I do not recommend this business or bring an extra $20 and get ripped off more.

I actually was gonna leave a review after my first experience but decided not too, didn't wanna be a karen, it could be just a bad experience.
