So disappointed with their customer service. I’ve been getting my meds here for awhile now and I’ve had problems but I looked past it. I will now be changing my pharmacy after 3 years. I called to check if my medications were ready since they NEVER call you to let you know. Cristina answered the phone and was completely rude. I thought someone was playing a joke. I told her I was calling to see if my medications were ready. And she really answered “I have no idea.” That was it. I was so confused I was like “uh hello?” And she said once again just straight up “I have no idea” I was so confused and shocked. I didn’t know what to say. She said she said she can’t check right now and didn’t give me an explanation, making it seem like she didn’t care to check. She just a kept saying “I have no idea” I finally asked what she meant. Since she wasn’t explaining anything and just giving me attitude. I guess their system was down and she couldn’t check. She could have just said that in the first place. Not just “I have no idea” with an attitude. What kind of customer service is THAT? How about “I’m so sorry, I am unable to check at the moment due to our system being down” not just leaving your customer shocked and confused at your response. I understand things happen. Read moreI have been coming to this pharmacy as it is the closest to my house. As of late the pharmacy staff ranging from the techs to the actual pharmacists are all rude. I hadn’t realized they changed the drive thru hours to one hour later than usual. I was met with the pharmacist yelling at my through the phone that they weren’t open. I then proceeded to go inside to pick up my prescriptions and was met with another rude pharmacy tech. She blatantly made me feel less than for not having insurance and then proceeded to try and offend me with the cost of my medication. I kindly told her that my doctor had sent a discount card and stated it wouldn’t be as much as it initially was. The tech rudely responded stating there was no way my doctor could know that it would cost less. However once she finally entered the discount card code, the cost was in fact dramatically less. She then told me rudely again that I’d need to come back in an hour. I have no problem waiting and did not have a negative attitude whatsoever, but was met with such hostility by every associate working in this pharmacy. Read moreI could have sworn I wrote a detailed review for this. I've lived in this neighborhood 15 years so this Fry's is my "go-to" grocery store. BUT I've had so much heartache with this pharmacy. I've actually had the pharmacist tell me that he didn't want to fill prescription and that I should go somewhere else. Not because he couldn't verify/confirm with prescribing doctor, not because it was too early to fill, not because they were out of stock.. but just because of what the medication was. But if you think about it, it doesn't matter what the medication is or what it is for, or even if it has a stigma around it or the people who need it... unless there is a legal reason such as it's too early to fill or if prescription can't be doctor verified... the pharmacist should not be discriminative against people. That wasn't even the worst experience. I have had many. And I've just taken it.. because it's within walking distance and most days I'm without transportation.. so I have just dealt with the side eye looks and the uppity attitude pharmacist always gives me.
