We tried to place an order through the Taco Bell app, it would not accept our order with the gift card,it said there was an error, so we drove to the store. We stood at the front for at least 5 minutes before we were greeted and we explained the issue to the girl that came to the front. She said she would need to speak with her manager about the app not taking the gift card (yes, we verified that we had sufficient funds on the card) She left to speak with a manager. She never returned. We stood there waiting for another member to come to the front or the girl to return. Another member came to the front and we explained the situation to her. She said she would need to check with the manager and walked away. She also didn't return. A 3rd member, came in from taking out the garbage and pleasantly greeted us. He swung the empty can into the back and asked how he could help us. He was very friendly but I believe its customary to wash your hands after taking out the garbage. He asked how he could help, I explained the issue a 3rd time. He said they constantly have issues with the app and he wasn't surprised. He asked his manager to honor the online price and she declined. Saying we needed to pay full price instore. We finalized our order #919836 and waited to pick it up. When the order was put out no one acknowledged that the order was put in the window and when we got home we didn’;t have Any hot sauce, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were missing, and the Crunch Wraps were old and soggy. This was bar far the most frustrating trip to Taco Bell I have ever experienced and the manager...
Read moreClean and efficient, this local branch of the nation-wide chain that will ultimately win the Franchise Wars is one of the better examples of a well-run establishment. Despite being busy, they processed the order with an acceptable delay. Also, they got my complex order for a party right the first time, which is far more than I can say for most other Taco Bells that I have visited in Arizona. I shouldn't have to check my takeout order before I leave a restaurant, but Taco Bell franchises valley-wide instilled that habit in me. Might this be the magic one that gets it right? Might I be able to gladly take my bag and walk out the door, knowing that the right combination savory treats await, without errors or omissions? Time will tell, but for now, if you are craving highly Americanized fast-food versions of offerings calling themselves "Mexican," that is hot, fast, and affordable, this is the place. Although the building underwent some remodeling, I am hard pressed to tell any substantial differences from the previous building and interior. Parking is ample, especially since most patrons use the drive-through, but the access via Warner road can be challenging, especially if one desires to head West after the visit. In...
Read moreI love taco bell, don’t get me wrong. The food is usually good and generally cheap, the store is clean, and the service is fast. But there is always something that happens whenever we order. The last time we were here, we ordered a total of about six burritos for 4 people. All of them were different, and none of them came marked, and all the wrappers were folded so they all said they were beefy 5-layers (only two of them were). We had to tear them open to find out whose was whose. We came in today, and they forgot something on the order. We double checked that it was on the receipt. When we went up to tell them, they tried to charge us for the item in question, and another person came over to try and look up the order on their system, despite us having the receipt they had given us less than five minutes early. It took a third person to get them to fix it. While we waited, we talked to someone who said they came here about once a week and they said that every time, this location gets their order wrong...
