Salad and Go — Restaurant in Gilbert

Update: makes me really sad to do this but this place has gone way down hill and I won't be back. Breakfast burritos and salsa packets are about half the size they used to be. Today I waited for over 20 minutes being only the 5th car in line, only to be told (at 10:30) that they were out of eggs and couldn't make more.

New spot is Los Fav's: bigger burrito for the same price as SnG since I now have to order two anyways. ✌️

This place is absolutely amazing! I'm here at least 2-3 times a week. The salads, soups and breakfast burritos are all FIRE! (and incredibly affordable) At lunch time the line usually wraps around the building and yet 10 minutes later, you're driving away with your food.

Outstanding service, every. single. time. Their mission is to make food cheaper and have even lowered their prices in the past... name another food chain that does this... I'll wait lol.

On one occasion, a cashier read me the wrong total ($7.74) for the same salad I always buy ($5.74+tax, or $6.19). She proceeded to charge $7.74 at the window. I handed her exact change for what I knew to be the correct amount. She looked at me funny and handed me a receipt for my $6.19 salad.

On another occasion, I ordered $12.19 and paid with $20.19. I saw the cashier count out $8 change whilst another employee handed me my salad. The cashier handed me a receipt without the change and bid me adieu. I had to remind her and she's like "I owe you eight dollars. Here ya go."

I would recommend the location on Guadalupe and Gilbert instead. The staff are super awesome and have made perfect change + great food for me with a smile over a...

EDIT: I have discovered the source of the gross flavor, it was the mixed greens. I don't know if they changed them or I just wasn't getting mixed greens before, all I know is I can't stand the way they taste. So now I simply alter my order to contain romaine only and the salads have returned to their former glory! 5 stars.

I've been eating Cobb salads from this location almost every week for a very long time. They are the best!! But in the last six weeks or so, something changed. I can't figure out what ingredient it is, but something tastes so nasty I've now had to throw my last few salads out. It tastes like freshly cut lawn grass. Somebody please help, WHAT CHANGED?
