Fry's Pharmacy — Local services in Gilbert

I always have such a great experience here, I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I had to write a review and highlight one employee’s exceptional service. Lejla was helping me pickup my prescription in the drive thru. For some reason my order was going to cost me $600! She asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting and said she would do what she could. She came back probably 10 minutes later. She’d been searching for a coupon the whole time and found my prescription at a cheaper price than what I paid normally! This pharmacy used to be one of the best. The customer service and willingness to help resolve issues vs just quoting store policies as law has ruined this location. It's now a constant headache dealing with this location. There are still a couple of the original staff there, but it feels like even they are getting beat up internally by all the issues. It's extremely disappointing, as even after moving my family and I would go out of the way just to continue using this location with other pharmacy's closer to our new house. Not helpful at all. Pharmacist "didn't feel comfortable" filling my prescription and told me to go to my old fry's pharmacist who is significantly farther away since I recently moved. Not all fry's pharmacists are equally helpful or willing to support patients.
