I have come in twice. Both times I got the same nail tech Ty, and left not satisfied- but today’s was a doozy. Came in for a soak off and a mani and medi. The pedi was mid, rushed, and none of the usual “tools” I am used to at other salons were used- and when it came time for the acrylic soak off I was asked it stick both my hands in a bag of pure acetone (skin and all) the whole time I was getting a pedi- and it wrecked my skin on my fingers. He was also not going to have me wash my hands after when going from the pedi chair to his station and I had to ask if I could wash my hands to get the acetone off my fingers. Then the “mani” was half done and rushed- NO sanitary tools were used and in fact the tech Ty borrowed a cuticle trimmer from the drawer next to him, wiped off the gunk and used it on me. Before I could say anything (I should have immediately but I was too shy) he cut me with it and I bled a lot. He then gooped on nail polish that waved and bubbled immediately before I even left, never bothered to clean up the mess around my fingers he used his bare hands to wipe the smeared polish off, which smeared it more around my nail- then he left and had me sit there. As I was sitting there with my nails drying- a manager came over to me to apologize to me saying he was told that I was cut. He looked at my manicure and the apologized again saying that they were just busy today and the staff rushed through it- he stated he talked to the staff upfront and that he apologized and it would not happen again. I mistakenly assumed this meant I was going to get the manicure comped or even a slight discount, but when I walked up front (after having to help myself to put on my own sandals and get my things together because the nail tech nor the manager never came back), I was charged full price for the services. As soon as I got home, I had to take off the nail polish for my mani AND pedi with my own nail polish remover it was just that bad. I won’t be going back. I hardly ever leave reviews, not unless it’s a huge issue- this was. I should have said something but I’m not the type to cause a scene and I regret not speaking up. Pics are of my nails immediately after service in my car, once I took off polish to show the cut in detail, and toes with wavy polish.

Friend and I tried this place out on a whim. They were super understaffed and behind, but still took us. My pedicure was fine. But then we sat and waited 20+ minutes to be moved over for our manicures. The one girl that was available started my mani- I just came in to get my wedding gel (half grown out) off, and got my nails painted. I specifically asked for regular polish, as I don’t do gel but for special occasions. She cut my nails upon my request and buffed the edge with a rough buffer, but didn’t smooth it out. I figured maybe she wasn’t done, or that she knew what she was doing and I didn’t. The polish she put on started out thick and gloppy, she added acetone to thin it out. After I was finished they started my friend, who asked for a French manicure. So then I sat and waited as her manicure took another 20+ minutes. Overall we were there 2 hours 15 min+. About 90 min after my mani was finished 2 fingers smudged. Either the polish was too thick or each layer wasn’t dried enough. I realized later that she didn’t use topcoat either, and the edges were scratchy and not finished smooth in the end. I think gel polish was used, as I just tried to get the polish off at home and could barely get it off. I used acetone, then soaked my nails in it, and eventually had to file it off. I specifically asked for normal polish to be able to get it off myself easily. I understand they were understaffed and behind, but my manicure was probably the worst I’ve ever had. It felt rushed and dried poorly. My friend was also not thrilled with hers, but I think her manicurist was more skilled. Will not be back.

Was happy when I left, after a lovely gel pedicure with Quinn , that was awesome and then a regular manicure with Henry of which I saw some issues with prior to leaving and informed him about, looked heavy in places and not so good, he tried to touch up Sadly the day after was not so happy, the manicure had overnight began peeling , contacted the salon and they offered a re-do, When I arrived for a re-do was a little surprised which was only removing the nails that were peeling? my first impression was if you are repairing the manicure it’s obviously the fault of the polish itself, a day after doing and the nail polish peels something is wrong? I noticed the issue I had first had concern with was being repeated again and tried to explain again if you put polish on too thick, too quickly do not allow time for each coat to dry then of course your going to have issues? Nothing I said asked for was heard, a photo was taken when I left the salon, but of course looked good at exit However again this morning the manicure is peeling again, and in the areas that the thick polish was applied , Now I see it’s application error not polish error Sadly my first experience was ruined They offer a lot of services and actually would have been nice to have a fav salon that does everything and my go too salon However in this case NO I would not recommend

Went here on a whim because I was able to book online and be in an hour later! I almost wanna gatekeep because I can just tell this place is gonna become so popular. lol. I had a fantastic experience here today. Alice did both my dip manicure & pedicure & she did amazing. I am fairly simple, I go for classy but low maintenance looks. I got french on my toes & an ombre almost nude to white on my nails & I’m so impressed with not only how fast she was but how thorough & the quality of work. The manager was constantly checking in with me & everyone else in the salon & offering drinks & asking how everything was going. They have such incredible customer service. The pedicure I chose was called the Queen & it was SO worth it. Alice gives insane massages & it was just the most relaxed I’ve been in ages. It was $80 & I get pedicures every 4-5 weeks & I will go with this option every time. I also appreciated Alice giving me clear price breakdowns & also the manager giving me a price breakdown again at the register, it was nice to see the transparency & honesty about pricing before & after services just to clarify anything I was curious about. The manager even asked for any constructive feedback I might have had! What?! Yes, just keep being fantastic 🥹

I was in at 2:30 & out before 5 with a full service manicure & pedicure & I couldn’t ask for anything more. Excellent job here, this location is gonna thrive if their customer service & quality is the same with all of the other staff members 🙂 thank...
