The Poke Experience You Can't Miss!

🚨 Foodies of Gilbert, listen up! 🚨 If you haven’t been to Koibito Poke yet, what are you even doing with your life? This place is an absolute game-changer, and I owe my incredible experience to the dynamic duo, Cameryn and Angelina!

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by a wave of vibrant energy and delicious aromas. Cameryn greeted me like an old friend—her enthusiasm for poke is absolutely contagious! 🙌 She walked me through the menu like a culinary tour guide, sharing her favorite combos and secret tips. I felt like I was in on a delicious secret!

Then came Angelina, the queen of poke bowl artistry! 🎨🍜 Watching her assemble my bowl was like witnessing a masterpiece in the making. She layered fresh, high-quality ingredients with such finesse that I almost didn’t want to eat it (almost!). Every poke bowl is a colorful explosion of flavor, and trust me, the freshness is off the charts!

I went for the spicy tuna bowl that everyone raves about, and let me tell you, it lived up to the hype! 🌶️🍣 The combination of flavors was nothing short of a taste bud party, and the portion size? Huge! I was in foodie heaven, and I’m pretty sure I heard angels singing with every bite.

But the magic doesn’t stop at the food. Cameryn and Angelina’s infectious energy and genuine love for what they do create an atmosphere that feels like home. They made me feel like I was part of their poke-loving family, and that’s something you don’t find everywhere!

✨ So, if you’re in Gilbert and looking for a poke experience that will blow your mind and leave you craving more, run—don’t walk—to Koibito Poke! And when you get there, make sure to say hi to Cameryn and Angelina. They’ll make your day brighter while serving up the best poke you’ve ever had! 🌟

Trust me, your taste buds will thank you, and you might just find yourself planning your next visit before you even finish your bowl! 🍚💖 #PokeGoals #FoodieFinds #KoibitoPoke...

Had a great experience at this restaurant; was warmly greeted and asked genuine questions about my day. Was given a thorough explanation of the process and options, questions were politely answered, very patient as I made my decisions, and just a generally pleasant interaction by the main bowl builder. I got salmon, Hawaiian tuna and spicy tuna and all 3 were fresh and well seasoned. Plenty of sauce and veggie options. There was tons of hospitality and I felt like they were sincerely excited to have just opened at this location.

I’ve lived in Hawaii for 3 years and though almost nothing can beat the freshness of some foodland ahi (iykyk), this has been the best poke I’ve had in Phoenix so far. Super filling, prices were fair, mochi and Maui onion chips were a nice touch (making me miss living there!). And made so much better by good service!

They also mentioned they deliver to Tap Dragon right next door for those who go there for a...

Don't be fooled by the portion size... I was very surprised (in a good way) how filling it was. The fish all seemed fresh and didn't have any weird colors or smells. I did the California Roll Bowl and was impressed by how much crab salad was included. I will say the avocado was a bit small/bruised BUT I know how temperamental avocados can be. There was only 1 employee there and she was able to assist us fairly quickly but while we were eating they did get quite backed up with people waiting to have their bowls made and/or to pick up online orders. Also - the location is nothing fancy... I wouldn't suggest it for a romantic date night but was a bright spot good for lunch or hanging out casually. Pricing ranged from $13-$19/bowl without add ons so it wasn't a "cheap" meal by any means. I would go back but I won't be making it a...
