Absolutely horrendous service and terrible management. I placed a mobile order on 2/20/2025 for an Orange Crush smoothie. Upon arrive at Nekter, the two employees that were present said they were out of strawberries and couldn’t make my smoothie. Not only was the fact that they couldn’t even give me the courtesy of calling to notify me of this prior to me coming to pick up my order, but when I asked for a refund they advised me that they could not process it and would have to wait for a manager to be present to do so. They said I would get a call back by the end of the day to confirm my refund.
I called 3 days later because I still had not received a call, nor had I received a refund. The person I spoke with apologized, and said I would be hearing from her manager and receiving my refund. She also claimed that the business must have been busy and that is likely why I didn’t receive a call, to which I advised that there was not a single customer in the store, and it looked as though there hadn’t been for some time given the fact the employees were relaxing in the back.
I just tried calling two more times and now my calls won’t go through.
I have been a loyal customer of Nekter for 7 years now, and am absolutely appalled by how this has been handled.
Something as simple as a refund and a call from a manager shouldn’t require THIS much effort. You’re not performing brain surgery. You’re making smoothies....
Read moreI have never written a Google review before, and I am a Nekter regular in Scottsdale, Chandler, and Tempe......ALL locations. They actually say hello at these locations. Some of them call me by name....they are actually kind....have great vibes, have smiles. I have been at this Warner location 3 times. My green juice was fine, but my gosh, the vibes here are AWFUL. The first time, I relayed my excitement re: having the oats, as there is only one other location in the valley that carries oats. I drove 10 extra minutes for the oats and my green juice..... apparently my happy comment was dumb...it seems that no conversations allowed here, but employee eye-rolls are definitely prevalent ....cannot aptly describe the facial expression I received. I have been twice since, and.....there is no welcome. The customer service does not exist....no joke, it feels HOSTILE in here. No response to my own, initiated hello. I have asked for a manager they said they didn’t have one asked for a name she told me no I will give you no name and told the other girl to also not give me her name. The young ladies were disrespectful and rude and the other customer also told me she was so sorry how I was treated. This is not ok called corporate waiting on a call back. One thing that stood out is the very thin girl who was very jumpy and very ready to argue (who appeared to be on something) with long hair said “I’m not even discriminating” I never even eluded to that. It would be great to get a managers number. Also as we sat there she used the restroom to go vape. All together a very bad experience. Had to dine in because my little girl was coming off oral surgery and waiting for her to be ok...
