It's been almost 7 weeks since I had my Fibroblast procedure done. They said it would take 4-8 weeks so I waited to write my review.

Let me start off saying my pain tolerance is very low and I had expressed that to Darcy. I even came prepared and used Dr. Numb on my nasalabial and frown lines upon arriving. Darcy also administered more numbing cream to make sure I’m fully numb. The procedure took about 45minutes with stop and go because it HURTS!

After the procedure, I also notice some spots she touches did not get the burn dots. When I asked her if we could go over it again, she sorta gave me an attitude and said she's not going to keep putting more numbing cream and be here all night. She instantly lost a returning customer. I was taken back by her comment since she called and said she had a cancellation and asked me to come in 45 minutes earlier.

On night 1 fluids started dripping down my face while sleeping. Day 2 fluid blisters dripping down my face every 15 minutes after applying antibiotic ointment. I called Darcy and let her know what's happening. She said it should go away next day. It didn’t.

After 5 days, the scabs finally started falling off and then this happened, hyperpigmentation! The treated area became so dark! I went to Walmart and bought bleaching cream. I used it for almost two weeks for the hyperpigmentation to go away. The result was very disappointing. I couldn't tell a difference after having the procedure done. It's a waste of time, pain, and money. I would suggest going to someone who knows what they're doing because it seems like Darcy doesn't know what the heck she's doing. Just look at the way she places the dots! Isn't exactly like anything I've seen on other people's work. Please steer clear...

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with this place! I came in for my first treatment and consult with Viviana for adult acne and had so much nervousness built up because nothing was working properly to clear my skin. The atmosphere is so relaxing and Viviana was so insightful, helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel so at ease and relieved knowing that my skin is capable of clearing.

Love how she walked me through and educated me in everything she was doing and the information I went home with was beyond anything any dermatologist has given me.

I am not one to ever write reviews and always so skeptical for anyone to touch my skin BUT after seeing Viviana and starting my regimen at home, I now have all trust and belief that my skin is capable of clearing without nasty topicals or antibiotics from the dermatologist.

Just finished my first treatment for acne and can’t wait to go back for my second one and see how my skin progresses!
