We went there last week so I'm a little behind on writing this review but wanted to take the time to say something nice about our cashier. So we went inside with our 3 toddlers not expecting to get much. We ended up seeing so many great deals and cool items that we had a full cart. We crawled our way to check out with now a sleeping child in my arms, a full cart, and my husband trying to carry two kid recliners. The cashier, her name was Courtney, was so helpful and sweet! Helped make checking out easier with the sleeping child in my arms, and when my husband left to get our van closer she helped me put everything back in my cart for me. She offered to get us help bringing it outside but we were now all set. So thank you Courtney! Thank you HomeGoods...

The first is that you never know exactly what they're going to have until you walk in, though it's a safe bet that there will be a good selection of most types of items. Also, the possibility exists that you will find something there once and never see it again. On the other hand, if you walk in and they have exactly what you were looking for, the odds are you'll get a great price on it. The shelves are overloaded but tidy and clean, the store is sensibly laid out and doesn't get reorganized every six months to make you find everything again, and the staff are cheerful, helpful...

The staff however are horrible - unhelpful, arrogant and completely insular. Even the manager doesn't know how to deal with out of country returns. Not pleasant.
