We've had T-Mobile for 18 years. We've been getting the T-Mobile Tuesdays items for as long as they have been running the promo. Today we went in to receive the items, there's 4 lines on our shared lines account. Now they never make us bring all 4 lines in to get the the 4 items we're entitled to e just make sure we hit the redeem buttons on our tablets when we get home. 2 phones, 2 tablets. Who goes out with their tablets? Anyway today we went into the store to get the items and the manager says he won't give us the 4 items cuz we didn't have all 4 devices. We switched from Consumer to Business plans in January, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They're charging and refunding and overcharging our account left and right with NO NOTICE or explanation.
The online BUSINESS interface does not match the e-statement we get via email, and neither match the actual charges coming out of our bank account. When you call to ask about what the charges are, you get someone who is reading generic responses from a binder.
