Store employee at this location at 11am on 5/2/2025(fri) was absolutely worthless. Not only did he not help me file my lost phone claim. He also lied about when the phone would be delivered. He said I needed my TIN when I actually just needed to enter my SSN to get thru the verification process. As I obviously couldn't get a pin code sent to my lost cell phone to verify its me (which he asked me for) and apparently a real id license isn't adequate. He told me the phone would be delivered the same day (fri), I just received a shipping update that states it will be delivered on Monday. I'm currently in a vacation home and will not be here on Monday, which was explained to the employee. Thankfully, the AT&T customer service rep on the phone was actually helpful, and canceled the delivery and is shipping me a new phone that will be here by sat afternoon(one day vs 3). Read moreBy far my worst experience purchasing a phone and setting up a plan. I was there for 5 hours with an employee who clearly has no clue what they are doing. 5 HOURS. He was on FaceTime on and off the entire time with other employees asking them what to do, laughing and joking. Wasting 5 hours of someone’s time isn’t funny. I have come back twice now to get some insurance removed from my plan and both times he was unable to help me and told me to comeback. This last time only finding that out after standing there for an hour waiting to be helped. Read moreMy handheld suddenly became unusable. Since my provider is ATT it was with joy that the Gilford store opened. Peyton spent time, effort and had, more importantly, patience putting everything back to working order and I cannot heap enough praise on him. My daughter, who is an iphone user, learned about Androids and, in fact, Peyton took the time to tell her something about Face Time that she was unaware of.
