I will keep this review short but basically I love PICHE,’s. The staff I had the pleasure to be exceptionally greeted by when I walked into the building and told them I was here to pick up a bike I ordered, were all very helpful and friendly! I’m sure there are more friendly people I did not meet, but AnnLouise, Patrick, and Noah helped me step by step in my purchase of a new bike. My purchase was placed over the phone, sharing details before they special ordered what I wanted, based on my needs. Not only did it arrive in a timely manner, it was assembled and ready for me to take delivery in days. Arrived to the store to test drive before officially purchasing only to realize I needed a few accessories to be added to the bike, which they had a great selection of in the bike department to choose from. Although I was there for a bike, this place seems to have what you need for any Sports, or Recreational needs, and there very convenient to Lakes...

Stopped in to purchase snow pants for my younger son and ended up coming back later in the day to get him and entire snowboard set up. They had an awesome package deal, quality equipment and a large selection. Bear assisted us through the entire process. He was so patient with our toddler and very informative. We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing and all of the staff were very welcoming despite the fact. It was also nice to see people’s faces, expressions, smiles and all of the subtleties that come with seeing someone’s face. So happy we found this shop, we will come here for all of are future...
