Lack of customer service, unprofessional staff, high prices, and less than desirable products.
The customer service fell short from Lori. She is impatient, lacks communication skills, offers no advice and has an attitude that is not a fit for customer service. We left the store.
I try to support local businesses; however, the business and their employees must also reciprocate with good service.
After receiving lack of customer service with attitude, we decided to purchase on Amazon.
Better product, less price, easy to return.
BIG 5 will not be around in the not to distant future do to lack of all of the above.
