Hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a dress, paid for it, and thought everything was fine. Instead of being professional and telling me upfront that the dress I picked wasn’t in stock, she waited until the last minute to drop the bomb and then took it upon herself to order a completely different dress I never approved. Who does that?

To make things worse, after I had already paid, she went back and changed my total because she “forgot” to add taxes. That’s not my mistake — that’s straight-up shady and unprofessional. The communication was horrible from start to finish. I had to chase her down for answers, and when she finally responded, it was full of excuses and zero accountability.

This business clearly has no respect for customers, no organization, and no idea how to run things properly. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I would never...

Honest Review: The store has very beautifull dresses. However, the service isn't too good. They don't communicate well with clients. I went to check out the dresses and the one I liked wasn't my size, so they had to order one a size up for me. When they called me that the dress was ready I got there and they told me that they didn't have any more of the one I wanted, ofc I was mad because they had a week to call me and let me know but noooo they told me until I got there. Shocked to see these comment.. this boutique has it all!!! From upper class dress to men suits.. the owner was very knowledgeably. I’m sorry to say thAt now these days people don’t appreciate 1 to 1 service. Try ordering on line. Most major dept store don’t offer cash refunds. Wake up & start shopping where people don’t care if you walk in or all Receipts are sent to you in emails. I can’t compare this mini mall to any malls I have been in. Awesome service & up to date fashion. Prices are affordable & I can find everything & not have to go to another store. We have to learn to appreciate friendly people. Kill people...
