I went in and there was one other table besides me with 2 people in it. The floor was dirty which without people eating there at the moment I expected otherwise. I asked for a bit of time to decide when asked if I was ready and then was asked 5 more time in less than as many minutes so I just randomly chose and chose wrong I assure you. I ordered the Chili Verde plate. The pork was perfectly cooked but the sauce was frozen and for far too long or at least that is what it tasted like. The re-fried beans were canned and the texture seemed like there is water added to them after the cook and there was VERY LITTLE cheese on them. The rice was the worst on the plate it was extraordinarily dry and had no flavor what so ever. I read a review that stated that the tortillas were home made but per the waitress they are store bought "no but people think they are made here" was her response when asked (honest at least) they are Mission brand if you want to find them LoL. The soda is canned soda and costs per can (too much). The waitress came out one time after my order and that was to bring me the check, the service was poor to say the least. I will not return nor would I recommend...
Read moreCame in on a Friday night and got a nice booth next to the window. Our server was very quick to get our drinks and chips and salsa on the table for us. The salsa was so good btw.
Our entrees were delicious. I got the combination plate with a beef taco and green chicken enchilada. Both were the best. The chicken in the enchilada was seasoned to perfection and the green sauce was the perfect mix of flavor and spice. My taco beef again was seasoned perfectly and was shredded just right. My husband ordered a shrimp and meat plate. This was sooo good as well. We ordered a quesadilla with rice and beans for the kids and they ate it all up. The food overall was just amazing.
Our server was very attentive and even brought us refills without asking. She was there to check back with us throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we need. Parking was super convenient and overall just a great experience. We will...
Read moreI don't even know where to start. The food is very Americanized as in they throw a bunch of cheddar cheese on top of every plate like its a special ingredient. Got a burrito but it tasted like my middle school enchuritos ( burrito like enchilada). The best was I can describe the taste of this food is if you have ever gone to the store and bought a frozen enchilada with rice and beans, thats literally the thought that came to mind with my first bite. Also the waiters were cleaning the table with bleach while we were eating causing us to inhale this foul and toxic smell. Would never come back, and there were no other Mexicans when we got in the store so I should have gotten the hint. Also there aren't any Mexican meats like lengua, Asada, and al...
