Artemex — Local services in Gilroy

l had a very disappointing experience with Artemex Retail. I initially contacted them through their Instagram after seeing some items I liked. They told me they would be getting more new items from Mexico over the weekend and advised me to wait until then. They promised to follow up with me after their trip, but I never heard back as promised. When I reached out again to inquire about the items I wanted, my messages were simply ignored.

Additionally, I previously ordered items worth over $200, which they assured me would be shipped the next day along with a tracking number. However, I didn't receive any updates for two days, so I followed up. The person communicating with me suddenly claimed they didn’t know anything about the order, saying it was their mother who had been handling it, and promised to check with her. Later, they falsely stated that the shipment was delayed because the daughter was sick and had to go to the hospital. In reality, the items were shipped much later at their convenience.

Overall, I found Artemex to be unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service make it clear they are not serious about their business or their customers. I would advise others to be cautious when...

Great little Mexican boutique. Lots of great items for fiesta themed parties or your home kitchen. This place is a gem for Dia de los muertos as well.
