Today was the first time I have been to dentist in 6 years. For me, finding time to prioritize myself is not always easy. it's easy to brush off something that os not always fun, simple or financially easy to do. At least has been the case for me for the majority of my life. I had been referred to Forever Smiles by a few close friends, so I decided to bite the bullet before my teeth started falling out. Right from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine smiles from every single staff member I came across. My wait was extremely brief, and they were almost instantly ready for me. My hygienist was Jordan and she was incredible. She quite literally walked me through every portion of the exam/cleaning in extraordinary detail. She explained everything in a manner I could understand. Typically there was always some form of discomfort with these types of appointments in the past. This was not the case with Jordan. She constantly communicated with me and paid close attention to my body mannerisms. She was able to predict before I would become uncomfortable before I even knew!! I don't feel like I really knew what my teeth or even I was supposed to feel like after a hygiene exam until today. It felt incredible compared to any prior experience. This clinic has the home town feel with a genuine passion for servicing their patients best interest, even before profits. They shared a program they offer that is very unique and I haven't heard before called a (Dental Membership Program) After reviewing the program this evening with my family, we have found it is actually a much better deal than what we are receiving from our current provider.

Forever Smiles has certainly changed my perspective on how a dental visit should go and how patients should be treated.

I am so happy that my family decided to switch to this dental practice! We have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Chris Ibberson, hygienists, dental assistants and reception staff. I feel that the staff really cares about each patient and their dental health. For the initial exam they spent the necessary time to take numerous detailed photos, X-rays, and completed perio charting. As someone who has previously worked for a dental office I appreciate the extra effort made to make sure each exam and cleaning is as thorough as possible. They really go above and beyond.

In addition to their amazing staff their office is also equipped with state of the art dental equipment. I really appreciate the extra touches like being able to watch a movie while I got a crown done, being offered a blanket when it was a little bit chilly, and being offered a hot towel after having my teeth air polished. Little things like that aren't necessary but make the dentist office experience as comfortable...

I have high anxiety about the dentist, so much so that I neglected care for a long time. I had been to Forever Smiles and had a good experience in 2020 - then covid happened, and I hadn’t been back. I recently chipped a tooth and they were the first place I thought of to go to. They got me in right away. I was still nervous, but I was talked through each step. I was offered laughing gas, and they have a tv you can watch with movies or random clips. They even had headphones to block some noise. No one shamed me, or made me feel bad at all. The pain was so minimal, I wouldn’t even say I was in pain really, just the general awkwardness of someone being near my mouth and the laughing gas helped speed up the time.
