Unhinged! Pizza — Restaurant in Glencoe

Always love how everyone is happy to help! Very polite and courtesy staff. Any special pizzas or requests that we would like when purchasing the buffet are made a too priority and delivered table side with a smile!!Starting on a positive point...we love that they delivery to our town which is 20 mins away. Our food is always hot and as good as going to the buffet. The delivery drivers are so polite and courteous! Even on the coldest n worst winter days they always get our food in a very timely manner with a smile even though we know it was probably a horrible commute! Those are the days I'm more then willing to pay the what I consider to be very high delivery fees. I honestly think Unhinged should drop the delivery fee and let us, as customers give that fee DIRECTLY to the person who took the chance driving all those miles! When the price of food continues to rise in every restaurant it makes it harder to find a way to help cover the delivery cost. Which makes it harder to tip the delivery driver, who puts their life on the line bringing the out of town customers their food on horrible MN weather days!! I understand that gas prices are rising and something has to cover that additional cost. But the delivery fees are way to high, which makes it really hard to afford to tip the drivers what we as customers think they truly deserve. I know it's a hard business decision, but i think this is 1 way that Unhinged could attract good dependable employees! One last thing, we went to dine in earlier this week and were COMPLETELY SHOCKED when we seen Glencoe only has ONE HANDICAPPED ♿️ Parking spot. The much easier 2 spots to park are now for pick up orders. That makes no sense to those of us who have physical issues walking into the building. Especially because it was soooo slippery on both sides when we got out of my car to walk inside. Does it honstly make sense for 2 designated Pick Up parking spots to be the 2 closest spots to park? Donthe customers in those spots go inside to get their food? Or do the Unhinged employees bring the food out to the cars? Either way persons with disabilities are put at a much higher risk of falling on the ice to go both inside to eat and walk back out to get into their vehicles. We actually asked if Jason was working when we seen this. However he was off that evening. We didn't recognize the name of the manager who was working...and we know if you want an important situation dealt with Jason he is the 1 that will get it taken care immediately! He's one of the best managers in the business! Overall we love Unhinged!! And will continue to frequent this restaurant and/or get or food delivered to our house in Arlington...I just thought I would take a few minutes and suggest some things that could make things even better! The Glencoe Location is the ONLY location we ever go to! It is by far ran better, has a much larger selection of food items, has much fresher food and the best service of all the Unhinged and/or Pizza Ranch locations that we have ever been to! Keep up the great work!! The employees are the best ones...

Good experience, we were greated by Jason I think, we came around 5pm for dinner. From the beginning he was in a good mood and happy to see us arriving just setting an overall pleasant atmosphere. After paying we got cups and he asked us if there was any pizza we needed. We found the food to be pretty well stocked and they were bringing out more pizzas as it was ready. I think 5pm is the perfect time to come because after we sat down a bunch more people showed up. I feel the price is fair. The food was warm enough and the new pizzas were very well hot. They had a lot of younger folks working that appeared to be busser's and came and asked me if I was done with my plate and took it away from my table for me. So five out of five for service. The location is not great if your from the twin-cities, but it's near Hutchinson, litchfield, cologne and even Carver isn't too far away that it wouldn't be inconvenient to come each week. Also helps that the business is visible off from the Highway. If I was in Hutchinson its well worth the drive to come to this pizza buffet instead of the buffet that exists in...

Majority of the staff was phenomenal, and the food was okay... however there was 1 older lady in particular bussing tables. I had come back from grabbjng a couple scoops of pudding sat down and was about to dig in when she approached. She says to me "Oh do you like banana pudding? It's great here." I began to explain that I actually cannot eat bananas due to covid last year and my taste being off kilter ever since. She says to me "I just asked if you liked it not your whole life story about it" Then proceeded to tell my partner and I about how she loves the banana pudding but doesn't like how she burps it up for 3 days after she eats it and how there were so many complaints about it they almost stopped putting it out. Mind you he and I were still eating... after the older woman left we promptly got up and left ourselves. We both had lost our appetites and felt very awkward as the woman had belittled me in a way and had also disgusted us to the point where neither of us wanted to be...
