You are lucky if they repair even half of your issues and that is when you provide a definitive list of problems. If you call them to get an update on the repairs once a week they complain you're calling to often. They lie and say my maintenance department didn't authorize the repairs if you call them out on it as if my employer would prefer the more costly roadside repair. No one in their right mind would ever accept this situation with their own truck. Only because my employer is so large does this get overlooked. Parts department is excellent, service department is terrible! If you need something serviced here, get a copy of the work order before you give them the keys!
