i drove by about 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. there were a few cars in the drive thru, the indoor lights were on, but the outside lights were not. it wasn't quite dusk yet, so i figured they would come on soon. i decided to go get gas first, and then hit the drive up. by the time i got back to BK (a block away, most of the lights were off, but the menu board was still lit up, so i took a chance. by this time it was 8:15 pm. "thanks for stopping, i'm sorry, but due to Staffing issues, we are closed for the night. we will be open for regular hours tomorrow".... it's a little pathetic that the owner/management let's the staff get away with not working harder to make up for being short staffed. the real shame here is that i've got 32 years of food service experience...of which at least 15 of it is fast food. i worked for Hardee's for over 12 years alone, along with a couple of other chains. about 6 months ago, i applied and got interviewed. the shift manager claimed that if it was up to him, i'd have been hired immediatly, but it wasn't his call. i never from them again. now they are short staffed? and i only live 2 blocks...
   Read moreSo I have been to this location once before but it was only through the drive-through I thought I'd go in to eat lunch and when I got there I can understand now why Burger King is going downhill in the metropolitan area first of all their insurance there's only a one way entrance they even stated on their door door the exit is on the side of the building towards the back that does not make me feel safe at all Then when I got there the atmosphere was just down and depressing they had one gentleman that was no more than about early twenties if not possibly under twenties He didn't greet me he didn't sound uplifting lifting as I told him what I wanted he wanted he was trying to multitask but failed failed the leader that I think was on done wasn't the back on the grill real and then there was a nice young female that was tending to the friars but it looked like there was an oil spill because they had cleaning solution on the floor floor and a cleaning bucket I would say that I probably come back but only through the drive-through customer...
   Read moreToday I ordered lunch in the drive thru and I was rushed at the order box. When I got up to the window Daniel M took my card and started giving me my drinks. I took them, but I had ordered 2 mediums and 1 small and was given 2 smalls and 1 medium. I told him that and asked if I paid for the medium or small and he was very rude and said âyou paid for smallâ. Then he handed me my card and receipt and I looked at it and I paid for 2 mediums and 1 small. Someone else came to the window with my food and practically threw it at me and I asked very nicely for the medium that I PAID FOR. Daniel got the drink as I tried to hand him back the small, and he handed me my medium and said âkeep itâ. I was trying to be polite and not be a Karen but he shut the window in my face. I cannot believe that this is the way they treated a customer who simply came for lunch. I am so disappointed because I enjoy this BK and have had good service in the past, but wonât be going back after...
