I used to really like shopping here because their plus size selection was really good. Lately however it's really started to suck. They'll have the cutest stuff up to XL. Forget finding it in plus sizes. Today I went to get some pajamas and I found 2 items that were plus size. They had a great selection for non plus size women. It's the same thing with the underwear. They have some really cute thongs but nothing was plus size. They had this adorable jumper that I really liked but no plus size. I guess it's time to start looking for a new store. Their return policy sucks. You can't try anything on and if you accidentally tear a tag off They won't give you your money back. Store credit only. You only have 7 days to make the return after that your stuck with it. I think the whole refusal to give you your money back if the tags are removed is messed up. Especially since you can't try them on. I'm sorry but say I'm giving someone a gift. You don't leave the tags on. My 3yr old granddaughter loves taking the tags off stuff. Accidents happen. I don't know when you put it all together...

I was in Las Vegas When shopping at a rainbow Fashion Store well one of my clothing items was not checked for metal detector so when I got ready to wear the shirt that night I was very disappointed to see that the metal detector was attacked and I had no way to remove it so I called the store and I let them know that I was leaving to come back to Phoenix Arizona in the morning so they said I can go to any rainbow fashion store near me And so my receipt and they will remove it so when I arrive in Phoenix I went to the nearest rainbow on my way home and they removed it with no problem and didn't even bother to look at my receipt once I told them that the rainbow in Vegas overlooked it LOL otherwise my shopping Journey was a success because they had awesome designer pants and skirts for $3 right up my alley I have...

Came by at 6:22pm, and the doors were locked, when the sign says they closed at 7pm that day. The two girls inside still stocking inventory said they were short staffed. I called corporate the next morning and they told me it's standard practice to close early if staff needs to.

I am not misunderstanding that this pandemic has short staffed many places, but then corporate should shorten their open hours on Google maps and on the sign, and just give the girls the extra time they need on a daily basis to complete their work. Fixing it for both staff and customers would create a better experience overall vs my experience today.
