TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Lady who took my order wasn’t even listening to me while I was ordering in drive thru. She was putting down the exact opposite of what I was saying!!! She offered me drink substitutions (unsweetened tea with a side of sugar, apple juice, bottled water, ice cream shake etc.) on my combo meal due to their soda machine apparently being down. She then tried to talk me into getting the combo meal anyway instead of just the burger and fries separately even after telling me the machine was broken!! She then proceeded to charge me extra for drink substitutions and not even give me a drink at all!!! Then she didn’t even want to accept my debit card because it was a little worn, luckily I had another card to pay with!!! After that they had me pull up to reset their timer to make it seem like they are getting their food out fast. After my long wait time FINALLY someone brought me my food and when I asked to speak to a manager the worker told me that there were 2 managers working at that time and then said that “they probably won’t even do anything” about the situation!!! I tried calling multiple times to explain and of course no answer!!! Don’t waste your time or money here. Go somewhere else. I won’t be going to this location anymore...
Read moreSaturday May 18th 2am Never have I ever felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant. If the service wasn't absolutely terrible, this restaurant might actually make some money. Mini tacos and a large fruit punch, Doesn't seem like a really difficult order does it? Well for the fork and spoon Operators of the late night shift at Jack in the box It's rocket science. I got spicy mini tacos instead of regular and one of them even had a bite mark out of it. My passenger ordered some French fries to go along with his burger and the French fries came out of the bag with hair in them. Absolutely disgusting. 600 pound Virgin The manager with the glasses who would not give up his name or my receipt decided that he was going to tell me That no one in the restaurant has long hair. You can see the man with the messy bun through the window, Probably the same guy who bit the tacos! My order was $21 There's no reason on God's green Earth Why this order could not be completed correctly. I will be back once a week until my money's returned! Read moreI just have to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to an absolutely phenomenal employee—Sydney. From the moment I walked in, her energy lit up the whole place. She's compassionate, empathetic, and has the kind of warm, friendly attitude that instantly makes you feel better—no exaggeration.
Despite my silly self and all the back-and-forth, Sydney remained extremely patient and understanding. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, never once losing that amazing smile. You can tell she's a natural-born leader, and it’s obvious why she’s already a team leader. But let me be clear—she needs to be the General Manager ASAP. She leads by example, stands on business, and carries that whole team with grace and confidence.
If you're paying her $25/hr, go ahead and bump that up to $26 or more, because she is worth every penny and then some. And if you’re serious about excellence, train every employee to be just like Sydney. Her sweetheartedness made my day 1000x better. Thank you, Sydney—you’re a real one, and Jack in the Box is lucky to have you.
