Excellent Service – Joel and Clay Went Above and Beyond!
I came in after placing an online order through Subway.com, but the store never received it—even though I was already charged. I waited about 45 minutes, and the order still didn’t come through.
Joel and Clay were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional the entire time. Joel made sure I didn’t leave empty-handed. He honored the online coupon and gave us our meal, even though we technically paid twice. He also suggested I reach out to Subway customer service for a refund.
Both Joel and Clay provided amazing customer service and really turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Highly recommend this Subway location thanks to them!

Read moreThe guy was being so difficult.His coworker told him to help me multiple times and he sighed and walked over slowly. It seemed like they didn’t want to help me at all. He just assumed what I wanted on my sandwich. He seemed very annoyed he ignored me at times. He was making my sandwiches so slow another worker had to come help me. There was a bunch of people behind me and most of them got their sandwiches toasted before me. He wrapped up my sandwich before I could even tell him I wasn’t done. And I had to repeat myself multiple times saying I wasn’t done with that sandwich. He put the smallest amounts of sauce on my sandwich. When it came time to pay he wrapped my coins in the dollar bills and the coins all fell and he expected me to pick them up.They were also assuming my gender....
Read moreWent in to this subway, there was 2 girls working. Neither had name tags. Instead of both girls helping with my order, only one girl did. When I asked for fresher vegetables for my subs was told no. That the ones underneath the bad ones were good. The other girl was leaning on the counter asking someone if the Wi-Fi was working. Then as I was trying to get my order done another customer came in and pushed my husband out of the way. The girl leaning, stopped leaning to help. He got fresh vegetables for his subs. I for one think this is BS. You tell one customer no and while that customer is still in the store, you bring out freshier vegetables. Never going back to that...
