This was our first experience at this location. We decided to dine in, it was around 1:30 or so. There was one person ordering, a few people waiting for food. There was a lady on the register and a assistant manager by the name of Alan assisting the girl. It unfortunately took about ten minutes to even be able to order. We asked about split payment, the assistant manager said yes as long as it's not two cards;card and cash. We gave him a ebt card as well as a $20 bill. (They accept EBT as long as you have the hot meal program) I told him there was $4 left on the ebt card, and take the remainder out of cash. The order was around $10-$11. The manager could not figure out how much to take out of the cash, after I told him it would be $6 and some change, he then proceeded to tell me they cannot do split payment with ebt. I have never had that problem elsewhere. So I pay fully in cash. We finally sit down, and realize we did not receive our drink cup. After it took ten minutes to get to the order counter, then ordering, dealing with the payment method, almost a half hour went by! We go back up to get our cup and ask about a small side of chips,no guacamole. In my opinion, I figured with how our experience has already gone, the manager would of just gave us them, especially since I did not want guacamole, and they only cost $.64. Nope, he rung us up and we sat back down. After about ten or so minutes, we are called to come get our food. I believe they did not have air conditioning on, as I was uncomfortablly hot sitting in their dining area. The food was great. I ordered a small soup, and believe I received a large. The chips were great! But some chips either sat in oil, or got wet/humid because they were chewy not crunchy, and dripped oil if you bit into a bubble in the chip. Also, the restroom had no toilet paper and was even hotter, I walked out dripping sweat. All in all, this experience was not up to par. I think the assistant manager was friendly, but was unsure of what he was doing. It would of been nice to receive a coupon, or even free chips. I do believe they could of made this experience better. We will come back here but hope for a way...
Read moreI lost my wallet in this place, I have all my important ID's in it. I went back there after 20 minutes when I realized I don't have my wallet in my pocket, I know I lost it there because I didn't go anywhere after I ate inside, I just went back to my car and waited my time to come back to work. I talked to the person in charge that day if somebody found a wallet and they said no, so I asked them to check the cctv footage for me cause I really need to know if somebody took my wallet. But they said that nobody knows how to operate the cctv and they told me to come back the next day cause somebody will be there and that person knows how to check the camera. I really need them to check the cctv for me that day but I can't do anything, so I came back the next day, I was outside of their store till they open. I talked to one of them and told them what happened and somebody told me to come back that day, but I was so disappointed when she told me the same thing that the other person I talked to. They want me to come back again which is not right. I don't blame them for what happened cause that was my fault, all Im asking is for them to check the camera for me. I have my ss card, driver licence and greencard in my wallet, it doesn't even have cash cause I don't bring cash with me. I asked the lady if there's a way that she can ask someone to come over to the store and check the cctv, but she said that thr manager was on day off that day and only the manager knows how to check the camera, I was like really? What if someone like me lost their belongings in that place and ask them the same thing I asked and the manager was not there, they will give the same answer and same reason again. They even told me that she's not sure if their camera is working, which is crazy. Most managers does not work 7 days a week so they need somebody like person in charge to take over the store while the manager is off, that person in charge should know how to handle the store and how to handle a situation like this. I don't understand why they can't check the camera just because the manager was not there, I am very...
Read moreThis establishment is poorly managed and poorly staffed.
If I could give it ZERO stars, I certainly would!
It’s utterly ridiculous to have ONLY 4 employees in to work the lunch hour. There was an extremely large family here and hardly anywhere to sit. It was at least 35-40 people here, that was part of one whole family.
The cashier wasn’t getting orders correct and the ice machine was completely flooding out to the point there was water EVERYWHERE (from the ice machine to the other end of the cashier desk, near the bathrooms). To top it off, assistant manager, Priscilla Garcia’s behavior was despicable.
When calling names for orders, in NO WAY is it professional nor moral to shout out words that were said out of incognizance and malice.
This individual shouldn’t be fired because they’ll continue to think their corrupted character is okay, no matter who they work for.
They however should be taught a lesson because “you may never know who’s may be walking into your job.”
ALL employees need to be present to witness how no form of racism, prejudice, or stereotyping towards men/women, ethnicity or sexual orientation will EVER BE TOLERATED.
An individual such as Priscilla Garcia (assistant manager) MUST BE held accountable for her inane actions.
If her actions ARE NOT dealt with properly, it’s inevitable that this place will no longer be...
