I was surprised by how rude an employee was to my dad who went to go get food for me and my family. My dad was treated very rudely by an employee named Julissa Z for no reason at all. He was ordering his food in line and then as the plates he ordered were passed to her she rudely raised her voice demanding for him to move in line to ring him up when he wasnât even done ordering; mind you his vision isnât the best because he only has one eye. He told her he wasnât done yet and she raised her voice again that he move to where she was to continue ordering. Then she proceeded to talk about him in Spanish to another employee that she wanted him to move in the line. My dad asked to speak to a manager to see if someone would service him better but she said the manager wasnât there today and took a while to find & bring another employee. A male employee came and he was able to help my dad out without a problem and conversed in Spanish(my dadâs first language). Even if she was having a bad day thereâs no reason to be rude or take out her attitude on a customer. If sheâs having a tough time she should have taken a break or left for the day. This is our local panda that weâve gone to for over 15 years and it was the first time weâve ever been treated so badly. It was a very disappointing experience as well because the beef broccoli we ordered didnât have even a single piece of beef. It was just broccoli and the broccoli was hard and not fully cooked. Thanks, wonât be...
Read moreThis place was disgusting. Some of the foods weren't available on the day I visited (this was probably a good thing). While I was in line I saw the cook scrape something off the back wall of the cooking range with the utensil he was using to cook the food...and then put the utensil back into the food. The teriyaki chicken was piled high in two separate trays - it was as far above the rim of the serving dish as below it, which led to the chicken being cold when it was served. Not to mention the fact that that isn't allowed by health regulations because the food holding temperature has to be kept in a certain range for food safety (this is probably why I was sick after eating there). There was a rice cooker in the kitchen that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was old, burned rice stuck all over the outside of it and piled up on the counter and floor below it. The clerk at the register didn't offer me a drink and attempted to hand me two cups of sauces (I had to ask for these as well), a plate of food, a drink cup, a receipt, and packets of soy sauce. I asked her for a tray since there were none at the beginning of the line. She told me she'd have to go wash one; I said I'd wait. All in all, a disgusting visit with sketchy food and a filthy dining room and kitchen located in a run down...
Read moreBesides the fact the I was second in line n there was a guy in front of me when I got there waiting patiently, the girl asked the 3rd person in line how she could help her when there was clearly two people ahead of her. It took me saying wait a minute he was first for the girl to look like deer in headlights... Not sure what was going through her head but then when it was my turn she tells me there was no teriyaki chicken when I bet there was because I had a 4 minute wait for my ragoons, another customer asked for teriyaki chicken and she said it was a 8 minute wait. So first off she went backwards in line and then lied to me instead of just telling me it was going to be a wait. Mind you it was 45minutes until close. Like what in the world. I guess they ran out of fortune cookies too because bet when I got home there wasn't any. Also when she called my name for my ragoons she almost seemed purposely said my name wrong. Like was I being Punk'd or somethin??? Wow. Food was alright tho. I paid for a bigger plate and only got 4 shrimp, and that's a whole $1.25 extra. I mean I'll go back again because they're open until 10pm so it's a plus. But something needs to be different next time. Helping who is next, means the person next in line... Not 3rd in...
