St. Louis Strength Academy offers other types of training too and I've met many of his others clients who are really happy with their training to get in shape, to improve their sports performance, or to ready for their next powerlifting competition.
When I started at St. Louis Strength Academy, I didn't know anything about Olympic weightlifting. From the beginning, Nathan has patiently worked with me to improve my form and strength. At first, I lacked the flexibility and some strength to even properly execute the lifts. I was so nervous about my first appointment since I knew I was in awful shape ( like had to hide my heavy breathing after half a flight of stairs) I knew I needed motivation, encouragement, and most importantly someone who wouldn't judge me for the bad shape I was in. I found all that and more here. Nathan is so encouraging and really takes you where your at, helping you to improve quickly. I think he believed more in me than I did that first session!
