Matt is the best! His dedication to customer service is beyond exceptional. He helped me with my roof and each time an issue appears, he would be on it as soon as possible. Although in construction, something inevitably could come up, the most important thing to note is that Matt is honest and trustworthy. He is also very kind and calm. He will not leave you hanging or try to get more money from you. What's agreed upon, he'll carry out and will be there to make things right when issues come up. I had several issues that did come up and each time, Matt was responsive and ultimately made sure all is fixed and taken cared of. I did not have to chase after him and he always returned my call. Only reason I’m writing this review is because WBS saved my bad situation from turning into a nightmare. I had a contract in place with another contractor to have my roof replaced but kept getting the runaround on when work would start. My friend had a positive experience working with Matt and Jay and recommended WBS. Dealing with having to go out of town for work and a roof replacement the only 2 months it rains in la was stressful.Their guys set up a temporary fix in the rain that kept my ceiling from caving in when the previous contractor insisted that a temporary fix would be impossible. Matt assured me and even guaranteed the fix would hold the 2 weeks I was away.
