Came in just now for an online return and had the worst experience.. ruined my day. Seda was the reason why.
I came to the counter and the person helping me was having conversations left and right while "trying" to help me.
I told her the bracelet I received came broken and she says, "I have to ask the manager, you might have to return it by mail" and I'm like ok..
She then asks why I took so long to bring it in. Its been 10 days and I work so I can't just drop work and go in to tj maxx woman. Why does it matter to you? She was hinting that I had worn and broken it so I brought it back- that was obvious.
Then she processes it and I ask her to adjust the tax bc I live in a city that charges more tax- she then tells me that city has a tj maxx- why I'm here and not there.... uhh... why can't I be at your store?? I came and got questioned like I had committed a crime.
Her name was Seda and she should not work customer facing roles. I let the manager know and she seemed sweet and understanding. Hopefully Seda changes...
Read moreI recently visited the TJ Maxx department store in my city and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of products they had on offer. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, with clearly marked sections for clothing, home goods, and accessories.
I was impressed by the variety of high-quality products available at prices that were significantly lower than what I would have paid at a traditional department store. I found a great jdesigner djacket that I fell in love with, and it was at least half the price of what I would have paid elsewhere.
The staff at the store were also friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions I had and even offered suggestions for products that might suit my needs.
Overall, I had a great experience at TJ Maxx and will definitely be shopping there again in the future. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wide selection of products at...

Update: This is the last time I come to this store! Instead of asking me nicely, the african-american security asked me rudely if I was a staff. And just walked away. I'm a damn customer! They make me feel like I'm a criminal!!
My experience was bad. I think "Meg" is new at jewelry. First, she takes super long helping 1 customer. Later, I come back to look at a ring i put on hold. And she's just rushing me.
