I went on Friday on a supposed free deal, I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for almost 11 years, so it turns out the free iPhone deal is for new costumers switching over, so I told maria I wanted an upgrade, she told me I could get a new phone only with a trade in and needed to add another line for $5.00 a month and trade in my iPhone 11 Pro max for $90.00 credit, she also told me there was a $125.00 charge to cover the taxes in cash and that’s it, I taught it was a good deal and I went home happy with my “deal”, the next day I went with my ex to get the same deal and boy, what a surprise, it turns out I have to pay for the next two years $48.00 a month to pay my phone, the extra phone line and she added $18.00 insurance I never requested, I was so angry at the fact that she lied throughout the whole “offer”, so I went today and a guy by the name of michael came out and asked what I needed, I told him I wanted to cancel my “contract”, he immediately said I couldn’t do that and had to go online to take care of it, I firmly told him I bought the product at that store and demanded a cancellation immediately. There were two other ladies present observing everything that was happening, when the time came about my cash payment he told me I was going to pay $70.00 restocking fee as a Penalty for getting ripped off by his store, this angered me very much because I felt I’ve been taken advantage of already and had to pay them for the ripoff, I said I was not going to pay anything at all and he started with an attitude making faces and raising his voice, I told him to refund the difference and I would take care of it later with tmobile, he said I was getting back $35.00 out of the $125.00, I corrected him and told him it was basic math and I needed $55.00 back, he totally lost it and said he was wrong at his mumbers and now I owed him $35.00 more, that really upset me and I told him where the hell did he come up with those numbers, not only had I been ripped off, now I had to pay extra to this crooked employee. I read a previous post where someone else wrote about this crooked business, T-Mobile had been great to my family all this years, but this experience has made me realize that this authorized vendors aren’t worth dealing with, be very careful not to buy anything from this...

Then two weeks later on Monday when I tried to trade and upgrade, they wouldn’t take my card so Adriana told me to come back two days later (Wednesday) with cash in hand because that’s when they restocked on phones and that I could upgrade it then. I come back on Wednesday and Adriana told another worker to help me because she didn’t want to face me to tell me that restock was actually Tuesday and they had already ran out of phones again. Adriana didn’t even look at me, even when the other worker was asking her questions because she knew she lied to me. I was extra patient and nice throughout this entire process but the fact that they disrespected me time after time, I have no choice but to leave this review. And I NEVER review businesses unless it’s THAT serious. Especially being established in La Cañada Flintridge, one thing you don’t play with is people’s time. Today the store decided to add unauthorized insurance products to my account once again. This time it is worse because there was no authorized user present when the change was made, one of the users (not authorized) went into the store and they made changes without my permission. Store refused to correct the change when I called. Reporting to corporate. Avoid this store like the plague! Manager was completely unhelpful, didn't provide owner contact information or his full name or an ID number to try to resolve with corporate. I hope T-Mobile revokes this store's ability to operate.

There are very poorly trained new employees working in the store. They misquoted prices and promotions as well as retrieved the wrong devices from the back when checking out. They also added insurance to my purchase and approved an agreement without my permission.
