The employee at the cubicle was rude, obnoxious, arrogant, unprofessional, Ignorant of bank services, poor social skills. Wells Fargo you need to check all your employees at that this branch and provide proper training, and or reinforce their/her training. I'm sure there's nothing Wells can do about how she presents herself, however at least train her on the products and customer service aspects of her job.
