I was here approximately 2 - 3 weeks ago to pick up a bottle of white wine. The guy at the cash register (tall, older black male) wasn't the most professional or personable individual I've encountered. He didn't greet me when I approached the counter with anything along the lines of "Good afternoon" or "How are you doing", just put on his mask and asked me if that was it (referring to the bottle of wine). He told me to insert my debit card into the reader. He put the bottle into a bag as the sale was approved. I said to him, "Have a nice day." His response?: "Yep." Rhetorically, would it have pained him to return my "Have a nice day" with something a bit friendlier or more substantial than "Yep"??? The store itself seemed very nice so the two stars are for his level of customer service. Reading some of the other reviews, I'm thinking that perhaps he wasn't having a great day, etc. during my visit but I just cannot excuse lackadaisical, rude behavior, especially when I'm...

When we walked in the atmosphere was completely amazing. We were greeted with warm smiles by Miss Erica, who was absolutely fantastic and then we had an outstanding waiter Mr. Jamari that was very pleasant. He came with an amazing smile and we were taken care of and perfectly waited on one of the best experiences at a restaurant I have ever had. We will definitely be back in and I’m telling everyone we know to come and experience the greatness that we have experienced today, I wish more restaurants and eateries were like this place. This store is one of the few gems in Prince Georges County! The employees are amazingly nice and the store is kept clean and maintained very nicely. If you have any special request, they can possibly get them in for you! They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a comfortable shopping experience. On Tuesday all wine that is not already on sale is 10% off. Another awesome thing is that they offer 20% case discount off 12 bottles of the same wine and 15% for a mixed case. I will definitely keep coming back. Very pleased.
