Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I dont even think this place deserves .5 of a star because i have never had thus bad of a type of service before starting that when i walked in the girl said to me so what do you want and then she said so you want to order and i said yes and then i started to say my order and she stoped me from talking to finish her personal conversation and then she asked me again so you want to place and order and i said my order which was 2 pizzas and some garlic knots and she said 10 minutes and i sat down later after that the lady that had ordered before me was called by the rude Casier who said in the most quiet wisper your foods ready and i guess she expected my family to tell her, her food was done which is not our job and i had to tell her and after our ten minutes was up she called us up in the same quiet whisper and she gave us our pizzas but not our garlic not and i said are the garlic knots in the box and she said you ordered knots and i said yes but when i got home to eat them all of the garlic was all over the box and not on my knots and to add to this for most of the time i was in there she was flirting with one if the other people so she took longer to get to other people... I always order from this place, but today I was told that the wait time was 2 hours. I think the person who answered the phone was expecting me to say "never mind" but end up saying it is fine! and she put me on hold and never took my phone. I called again and did not answer. First. If you don't like your job, find one that best describes your goals. Second, The owner have to have a more knowledge of the traffic of clients the store has, doing that, will allow him to prepare with the amount of employees they will need so there is not 2 hours wait time for a PIZZA. We preferred pizza the first time for delivery from this place and highly dissatisfied, placed the order at 920 pm and the time was showing 50-60 minutes, and after almost 2 hours we still were waiting for our order. When called the papa johns, the associate said estimated time doesn’t mean anything as we are busy and when I asked him about the manager he said he is the manager and his name was Tavern, and he didn’t sound like a manager bust he said he was. Then I told him I was dissatisfied and he hung up.

The pizza place is now closed and still haven’t received our order, it’s been 45 minutes now that it shows that order...
