I've had luck in the past, but this Valentines day was a disaster. I ordered online on Wednesday the 12th. By late Friday (vday) they hadn't arrived yet (destination is about 400 yards from their shop). I tried calling several times just to make sure all was ok with the order, but the phone was off the hook.
They never arrived so the person I was sending the flowers to called Sat morning to check on them and they could not find my order in the database. I called and gave them my name and they found the order, but had no clue what happened to the flowers (or if they were ever put together). The lady suggested that she could send a dozen roses over that day since "That is what most men order". I declined and asked if it were possible to fill the order I made by Monday. She said yes, that they would add some extra flowers, and deliver it by 10 am. I was fine with this..mistakes happen.
11am Monday and nothing. The recipient calls and they respond "oh, yeah I see the order here on the computer, but we've had funerals today, but we will get it out in a bit." A very short while later they deliver a quickly tossed together, sparse group of random wilted flowers that had nothing whatsoever to do with what I ordered.

Read moreAbsolutely horrible. I received flowers from a friend to celebrate my birthday- not only were they the incorrect flowers, they didn’t include the balloon. I sent her a picture and she quickly said that they were not the flowers she ordered.
I waited until they opened this morning to call and ask about my order I should have received- spoke with the owner who was so rude! Refused to take fault in acknowledging he sent something he wasn’t suppose to- asked me how old I was as if that is relevant to him sending out the wrong flowers and then asked me to send a picture to his personal cell phone- how about be professional and have me send them to your business email?
I brought up all his poor reviews and he stated “people only review when there is an issue” Well yes, because if there isn’t an issue they are enjoying their flowers and going on with their day! His reviews are horrible- unfortunately it’s florists like this that get away with delivering our flowers because they partner with big companies that use “local florist” I could have picked these flowers up at checkout of a local grocery store...
It’s a shame! Businesses use to take pride in their products but now it’s just scammers like glenpool flower that ruin it for everyone.

Read moreI placed an order on 4-12-22. What was delivered on 4-13-22 was NOTHING like I had ordered. My order was also missing a balloon and teddy bear in which I paid extra for. I have evidence of what I ordered and what was delivered. I was never rude to the employees at the shop. I simply wanted them to make it right. Both men at the shop were very rude. Tony was worried about his money than making a customer & the recipient happy. Tony then passed the phone to another man who asked what I wanted, after explaining myself for the 3rd time (I had called the day before) and explained to him that his website states "If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will send you a replacement or refund the full purchase price" he said "I will give you a full refund just don't ever call me again okay??" and Tony in the back ground is yelling "NEVER! NEVER!" I cannot believe the customer service this local business is providing. Please trust most of these negative reviews because you will NOT get what you paid for. It was my mistake for not reading the reviews first and trusting their business. I thank the 2nd man for giving me my full refund (which I have not received yet) but him telling me never to call him back was...
