If you have been driving for any length of time, this shipper is not worth your time or money! Also, if you are a female driver be CAUTIOUS (and I am not a prude....grew up cowgirl) but this place is disgusting! Only 2 porta-potties filled to the gills so if you need to go (somewhere in the 12 to 14 hrs it takes to load) it would be easier to pee in a cup and dump in their parking lot as the johns are constantly full and will splash back on you. We arrived early (which we try to do to convenience the shipper). It took them over 10 hrs from our appointment time to get loaded. Then, of course there is no scale nearby so we drove the distance to scale finding out they had loaded us way too heavy on the drives to jimmy rig anything. We had to return to get readjusted. Takes forever to get in, but once you're in a dock it doesn't take much time to get loaded, usually. Great people working inside, but everyone outside the warehouse needs to stop sucking...
