The Bank Bar — Restaurant in Gloucester City

AUG 2024:: I had event coming up and several times I really tried trying to figure out cost, what was available for my guests but was ignored on all fronts. Was told yes we have you in the books for that date. That doesn't help me.

In past when first open up in my thoughts was a great place. Seems for non event related important stuff it is wonderful place beyond such I have taken my business elsewhere.

The day to day staff are hard working but those who handle event setting up they just seem non-existing. Which is fine another local place took care of my event.

OCT 2023 :: Music was super loud so having a conversation with anyone is super hard.

Still enjoyable on services, the quality of the food and cost for both food and drinks.

This place makes great food. Try the dynamite shrimp or chicken. That batter they fry stuff in is stupid good. I prolly gained 5 pounds because I keep coming back for them damn shrimp.

Also good to see another new business doing well in Gloucester City. For all the whining people like to do about the economy, this place has been great for my business and it looks like it’s going pretty well for their’s too. It’s always packed on the weekends, the crowd is mostly people in their 20s and 30s, food is fire, drinks are cheap. Show them some love, they’re doing it right over there.

Here’s hoping they stick around for many...

We came in this past weekend while on our way down the shore. A friend of ours had told us about this place and we thought it was a perfect chance to check it out. We each had a cheesesteak which was out of this world. Our bartender, Chrissy greeted and waited on us right away. Her service was very attentive, professional, and fast. We were only staying for one drink, but Chrissy was so personable and absolutely hilarious that we ended up hanging out for a couple of hours. She had us in stitches the whole time we were there.
