The Silver Box — Local services in Gloucester Courthouse

I went to The Silver Box Saturday and was extremely displeased with the service me and my mother received. When we were trying to buy a necklace and there were 4 people who looked like they worked there. They were so engrossed in another customer there, gushing over a dress she was buying we were completely ignored I felt as though when we were trying to ask questions they were treating us like we were an inconvenience most of our questions went unanswered or given short answers. My mom asked what type of metal a bracelet was and the girl just walked away without saying anything. Then in the middle of us still standing at the register they rang the other lady up before we were even done with our transaction. Meanwhile the clerks were putting on makeup and talking amongst themselves completely ignoring us while the girl was ringing up our purchase. This was the most unprofessional establishment I've ever been to and I will not be...

I can't say enough good things about Mrs. Martha. (And the other ladies) I sent back a pandora ring through the silver box. It was retired, pandora could not fix it. Pandora did not send the ring back. So I have a upset teenager that spend her money and no ring. Mrs. Martha tried to find another one in the size at another location. She was unable to locate one. My daughter just wanted a ring. She did not want money back. Mrs Martha held to her word and replaced the ring. My daughter is very happy! I went in and everything seemed to go smoothly. They did have some cute things and I bought a few things however, i called the next day to explain that an event had occurred with my family. I didnt realise until i got home but they do not do refunds, only exchanges. This was not posted within the store nor was it told to me when i made the purchase (otherwise i would not have bought anything). They were unwilling to make any accommodation to my family situation which I find unprofessional. Even a part exchange / part refund maybe?
