I love the Honey Grove..!! ❤️💯 The staff there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the products selections absolutely amazing.. I mean its everything..!! The specials are the phenomenal..!👍🏾💯 I used to go to Curaleaf in Belmar Nj. I am a medicinal patient.. Curaleaf in Belmar is supposed to have an extra hour for their medicinal patients .What I found hapening is that they were closing 15 minutes before closing time repeatedly.. Gas is too much and time is precious .As a medical patient it's difficult for me to move around. I need my medication to sleep during the night. I suffer from Chronic Pain. So getting all the way down there to have the doors locked 15 minutes prior to closing is extremely disappointing, and a waste of time and gas ..!! It's ridiculous.... I actually placed an order at Curarleaf and got the confirmation that my order was ready . I get down there 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and they had all the doors locked. I guess the notice on the door for hours should read " We will be in our cars on the hour and we close 15 minutes before the posted time."This happened to me not once, twice but three times. Then to top it all off I called there and they had the nerve to pick up the phone at 8:45 p.m. I'm askied them why are the doors locked and they could explain why.. Then the phone went dead.As I sat in my car I watched many medical patients arrive and get turned away. At the end of the day we were all standing there looking stupid without our products and they did not care. When I called Cutaleaf Bellmar and asked to speak to a manager and told them what the problem was , the phone mysteriously was disconnected. When I called back they said the manager wasn't available. So my hat is off to Honeygrove for their professionalism , their products and discounts. I was actually riding past Honey Grove to get on 42 believing that Curaleaf in Bellmar was the better place to go but when I tell you.... you got to go to Honey Grove and you won't be disappointed I mean it... I also like to add that there has never been a long extended wait on either side medical or recreational. If you're looking for friendly Professional Service with a great product selection who keeps their hours of operation as stated then Honey Grove is the Chick-fil-A of the Medicinal Marijuana Distributors..Hands...
Read moreI feel that this places is a hit or miss with deals and customer service. Sometimes prices are outrageous compared to competitors and the competitors tend to be less in price and better quality as well. Customer service is usually friendly but the issue lies with customer service knowledge of recreational transcaction/daily limits. I'd greatly appreciate the business ensuring their employees are communciating correct information especially on legal limits. In NJ there are only daily limits for medical patients and there is only per transaction limits for recreational customers. Please retrain workers needing more understanding of knowledge around state transaction and legal limits especially in reference to recreational customers. Today I wanted to come back to buy more items during a sale and I was told that I wouldn't be able to shop later legally and that people in Colorado have gotten in trouble for similar reasons. I was told that it is illegal to purchase more then an ounce of weed in a day despite being in different transactions at different times. From what I communicated about daily limits and transaction limits for Rec customers this logically shows that the employee was wrong. I don't want others to be told what they want to do is illegal if it isn't and I should be able to purchases items when I'm legally aloud too. Please take action on this issue so myself and others can have more consistent positive experiences at...
Read moreThis dispensary in South Jersey is undoubtedly the worst I've been to. The store was virtually empty and in a poorly located area. After placing an order, I didn't receive a receipt or an order number via email or text, but luckily I still had it on my phone. The only person who greeted me was the cashier, who was very friendly. When I got to the register and noticed that my order was priced incorrectly (more in the store than what I saw online), I asked the cashier to double-check. The cashier called someone named Cindy or Cydnee to fix the price. Cindy or Cydnee seemed to be a supervisor or manager, and she did not handle the situation well. Her behavior was the worst customer service I've ever seen. She scolded the cashier loudly, in front of customers and other staff. I was so upset and angry that I was shaking from her treatment of him and me. I've been a retail manager for over 10 years, and I've never seen such unprofessional behavior. A proper leader should handle these conversations privately, not publicly. Is this really the 'face' you want running your store? I highly suggest remodeling your business structure. You've already lost...
