Very arrogant customer service by someone I think may have been the owner of this venue. I am not sure what his nationality is but he needs customer service training to understand that he must treat people with respect for his business to continue to thrive. I asked him if he would keep a certain bottle of champagne in the cooler and he arrogantly said not unless I was a regular customer.
