Long story short lol. On 8/13 I went to this location requesting that my car battery and alternator be check due to issues I was having. A older Caucasian gentleman with glasses and a belly (no disrespect) helped service me. Iām telling him the issues Iāve been having and he refused to check the alternator even after I requested twice. His response was that he did not need to based on what I was telling him. So I purchased the battery and let him install it. As Iām headed to my mechanic (for tune up) my car begins to lose power. Long story short lol I get it to my mechanic and guess what, he checked everything and determined it was my alternator and that my battery was installed incorrectly by this place (auto zone). So who knows but he seem a little irritated which explains why he was pissed when the battery came to $300 something but I paid 190 cause of a commercial account lol he looked pissed. Moral of the story donāt be chill like me, you want something be persistent especially with cost...

I was returning a bottle of Purple Power, which I purchased 2days ago. I had the receipt, so I thought this would be a quick in and out. Yea right. It took almost 20mins. 30 seconds was spent waiting in line. I provided him with the receipt, which was clearly legible. He asked for my phone number, which I provided. He then asked if I have ever purchased anything from their store b4. I can't remember when the last time I made a purchase there, but I can say that I've never been asked for my phone number or name. At most stores, providing a receipt, usually just have u sign something, and maybe ask to see ID. The employee also acted as if I was returning their product back dirty, because he continuously kept wiping off the top, with bare hands. So it wasn't like he was sanitizing it to out it back out...

Iāve experienced some racism here and I would love to reach out to corporate about this issue. She had helped me with my check engine light and was kind of welcoming at first but after going into the store to read my results two Caucasian people walked out the store and the alarm went off and she said to them āyour fine have a great night,ā without checking them.
