Worst customer service of any gamestop i ever been too. The staff were very rude and short with us. I brought my family in here and spent over 100$ and traded in over 100$ and had my 2 younger kids with me. The staff were annoyed, very short, and rude. A customer before me was upset with them because they had controllers on display that they didnt actually have and he had bought controller grips but didnt want them and they wouldnt return them so he gave them to me while he was waiting. When i was checking out i put them down on the counter the guy working grabbed them shows the girl who was working and i tell him 3 times tbat the giy gave them to me that they are mine now and he wouldn't give them back to me. The girl working was so annoyed that my 2 yearold son was walking around the store babbling that when he walked up to her she through her hands out to block him and started walking towards him as to shoo him off. The whole time in the store both staff members were not helpful at all very short and just super unprofessional. If you have little ones avoild this place. After this visit im just going to stick to buying online. The preowned games are a rip off either way just nice to have the availability. The gamestop near walmart in somerdale is a much friendlier atmosphere...
Read moreJust like everyone else, I have kids in my life game crazy. This Game Stop is so convenient to get to since I shop in the area and live close by. The reason I give them 5 stars is because of the people who work their. I don’t play games, have no interest in at all so when there’s someone I want to buy a gift for I write down what they want, then either call or go to the store. They always know what I’m talking about and different options I can get with that purchase, if it’s in stock or if it’s a pre-order etc. They never get aggravated with me asking questions and take the time to make sure I know everything I need to. I appreciate that. I pay the $15 a year or whatever it is to be a Power Up member. You get points and deals, plus a monthly magazine about games that I have sent to my son. It’s worth having. I like the fact that they will order what’s not in stock and call me when it’s in, putting it aside for me. You don’t have to keep going there trying to get what you want before it’s gone again! I recommend this store for all the great customer service...

Fox did his job to the fullest and helped the GameStop receive my 5-Star Review 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!!! What IMPRESSED me the most about Fox was when I called my daughter to find out what game I should get and FaceTimed her Fox readily, willingly without any ask/hesitation started talking to her, showed her different games, explained the age levels for the games and helped her select the appropriate games. WOW!!!! This was definitely 5+ Star service!!!! KUDOS and THANK YOU to Fox and GameStop on EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
The store was very clean, organized, roomy and not cluttered! I was able to walk around, see everything thing from a distance and not bump into racks.
