This store does not stand behind the product they sell. I purchased a pair of sneakers that I wore not more than 5 times before the sole started to peel. I took it back and, although I did not have my receipt, I had my credit card bill as proof of purchase. The manager, Christina, was indifferent and refused to stand behind UnderArmour's product. She told me the most she could do was to give me a credit of $20. Really???? I contacted UnderArmour customer service to make a complaint. I emailed them pictures and they sent me a gift card for $95 to replace my sneakers. UnderArmour in Blackwood lost a customer who had purchased over a thousand dollars in the past. I am sure the Nike store at the Outlets in Blackwood will appreciate the manager's indifference... Oh wait! Mother's Day is coming... I am heading to the Nike Store to buy gifts...

I looked at my coupon and it said off entire purchase so I asked again if he was sure. He proceeded to talk to me like I was an illiterate child that my coupon is applied on the sub total. Why not just ask to see my coupon in the first place? We then had a miscommunication where I thought he told me there was another store past the food court. I walked around for a half hour looking for this other outlet then returned asking what he had meant. Read moreJust last week we had visited this store as my sister participates in sports at her school and needed some extra items. Plus it was her birthday and I wanted to treat her out. She loves their clothes. As we were browsing through the store, Jazz was kind enough to approach us and offer assistance. He was genuine and very kind. Even though a shirt in my sister's size was not out, he gladly went in the back to check and found it for us. I have been to many stores and most people usually never want to help or just say "whatever we have out is all we have"... this was not the case here. Jazz was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and observant. I will gladly return back to the store because of the great customer service Jazz provided. He is one-of-a-kind. Thank you Jazz!
